Our breakfast was great. I did not expect much with 3.2 on reviews. What a beautiful mistake. I had eggs and bacon with toast and coffee. The service was outstanding the server was excellent Taite waited on us and he was great. The food was tasty. Even the cook knew how to scramble eggs. Most places cook them flat and roll them over. Not this cook he fixed scrambled eggs properly. I highly recommend this IHOP.

Worst meal I have ever had in my life … hamburger was under cooked … kids Mac and cheese was a side dish size. No one else was in the whole restaurant then they had the most annoying and obnoxious kids sit right behind us also ruining our whole dinner as if it wasn’t ruined already bc of the horrible over priced food!

I'll preface by saying - there were like 2 cars in the parking lot when I got there with my family. To say I was nervous when I was greeted with "Welcome. Please be patient with me. I'm the only person working today. So, I'll be serving and cooking for you today.", would be an understatement. But my family and I stayed, and I'm glad we did.Tye worked his tail off the entire time we were there. His demeanor was nothing but welcoming and gracious. The food he prepared for us was made exactly to order as we asked. And he was extremely accommodating considering how many duties he was juggling (he was running out door dash food as well).When I go back with my family, I will seek out Tye specifically. I gave him a very good tip, but I can honestly say he deserves more. I'm not sure what he's paying being paid, but he deserves more.Thank you, Tye!

Left without eating for the 3rd time in 2 years. Don't know why we keep coming back, but I love the menu - from what I remember. There was a table of 8 in front of us waiting to be seated. Staff said me and husband would have a 15 minute wait. There were 10 clean empty tables. After 15 minutes, I asked if they were short staffed and if it would be a long wait once we were seated. The guy said they are just busy and they always are busy so it doesn't matter if they're short staffed or not. The place was half empty. He then said there was an 8-top ahead of us (same party of 8 that had already been waiting when we arrived) and there would be another 15 minute wait. We left. I've never been anywhere with that few number of diners and that many clean tables, and had to wait 30 minutes just to get seated.

Upon walking in we were told by a caucasian waitress to have a seat in the waiting area. After sitting for approximately 20-25 we were finally asked by an African American waitress what we were waiting for. I told the attendant we were waiting to be seated.Mind you there were several available seats. Finally we were seated, but then we waited another 16 minutes before a waitress came to our table.To top it off no grits!!Very disappointed in this Ihop in Diberville, ms

This ihop location has long waiting then when food arrived no silverware. we have to wait to call waiter to ask for it and when she was next to our booth and we ask for another food she just walked by like she didn’t hear and she was look like on the phone. Poor customer service. Long wait for waiter to come on table if you need something. I don’t recommend for if you looking for customer service.
Taite did a remarkable job on his service! He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

My party waited approximately 1.5 hours to get our food, at a time the restaurant was not busy. After that wait, we had some undercooked pancakes and a burger that had ham mixed in and hair on the plate. IHOP is frequently a stop in our travels. We experienced the worst service at this location compared to all others.

This was our first time back to this location in several years. Practically all locals had stopped going here due to horrible service, the place was filthy, and they were always out of everything. But now, under new management, the promise is that all the negatives have been addressed and improved, so we gave it a try.First impressions upon entering were promising, greeted with a nice clean smell. We were promptly welcomed and seated and were attended by a very nice young lady. When we began ordering she told us they were out of a couple things - no big deal, we changed our order. Then were told oh we’re out of that too. So….hmmm… Anyway the food came out quickly and taste was decent. Although not 100% on this visit, we will try it again.

I have never been to a breakfast restaurant that could NOT make an omelette using real eggs. My omelette looked like someone cracked 3 eggs in a skillet and put meat and cheese on it. It has whole yolks half cooked and runny. The waitress was very apologetic and said the problem with the omelette was that they were using real eggs. I was speechless. I didn't want to be rude but I was thinking, if you can flip a pancake you should be able to whisk some eggs! They tried, but it was a complete fail.
