I personally don't really like this place. To me the ice cream isn't a good quality. I like creamy ice cream, and the both times I went here, at two different locations, the ice cream tastes freezer burnt. But I think they need it that consistency to mix the toppings in it. I guess it's a texture thing with me.

Just visited and the employee had on gloves but proceeded to fix and play with her hair while wearing them. The marble used to mix in toppings for ice cream was absolutely disgusting with dried ingredients and she never bothered to clean it.
All the employees are so sweet! Very clean place and good ice cream. Trinity made my food tonight and was so nice. Will definitely be coming back!

Visited the store tonight with my wife, We was amazed by all the different flavors of ice cream and we got the Chewy pecan cookies also, they was out of this world! It’s definitely our new favorite spot! Store was clean and staff was friendly and helped us choose which flavor to get! We will definitely be back on a regular!!

Walked in with kids to get ice cream at 8:15pm. Was greated but somewhat rushed to order. We all ordered and I was the last. I ordered the the young man made my ice cream. We paid, checked out, and I still waited for mine. The lady behind us got her ice cream, checked out and left and I finally received mine. Upon receiving it, it was mostly melted. It looked nothing like the picture, so my husband asked them to re make it since it literally looked like soup. The workers responded that it was like that because of the hot caramel and it would only melt again, refusing to re make it.Very disappointed and won't return. Never have I ever been served melted ice cream and paid for it, if I hadn't already paid for it AND tipped $5 I wouldn't have.Managers please train your team better.
