No surprises here. Basic McFare. Easy to order at the screen doodad or you can place it with a person. Some McDonald's stores give you grief if don't use the nutritional interface. My order came pretty quick, the woman at the register was very nice, the dining area was clean, I'm happy.

I stopped to get 3 Happy Meals & 2 combo meals the other day. I got to the window and got all of the drinks and the happy meals and was asked to pull to the third window. The woman then handed me a bag and I pulled off. My son realized she handed us 2 cheeseburgers, it wasn't even the combos I ordered. I politely walked in to let them know and had the bag snatched and my food practically tossed at me like it was my fault I was given the wrong order. I get there's a rush, etc but being polite goes a long way!

I was in a rush and I’m a drive thru bandit! I pull up and the guy stated, one second and I’ll be with you. (In my head…Here we go)10 seconds later he said HI THERE HOW ARE YOU TODAY? I responded well I’m fine and you? He said he was okay and asked what was my order. I told him, he repeated it back and gave my total, asked if that was fine and told me pull around. The energy was great and i literally forgot i was running late. Shout out to the young dude with long curly hair ??♀️ didn’t get his name.

I usually order the same meal when I go to McDonalds, 2 PLAIN double cheeseburgers and a 10 piece nuggets. On March 28, 2024 at around 3PM I received my burgers with onions on them. I know the order was placed correctly because my receipt says 2 double cheeseburger plain. The cook fails to pay attention to detail and needs to be fired or have pay reduced until they can get the orders right. Never going back to the D’Iberville location again.

I am a one of the most consistent customers at this particular location and after ive seen the service they have recently mainly during the morning shift they will definitely not be seeing me again. Everytime I go by there recently to get some food that I can rest assured is completely different than what I ordered I wouldn't recommend ANYONE eat here!! This is the kind of money that I spend there all the time and they can't make sure to get one thing right that I say it's really unacceptable.
