Excellent experience at this Moe’s today. Warmly and genuinely greeted in to a clean store, well stocked. The guy serving was great, could tell he loved his job and working with people. He recommended the birria when I asked about it and it was so good! They even came by to check on me and how the food was. Great hospitality, beyond standard customer service. It was clear that the team worked well together.

This Moe's is always clean and staff is always friendly and efficient. Portion size and price are at a good ratio. I'm giving the food 4 stars only because I can't wrap my head around the fact they don't offer brown rice.

Id give 0 stars if i could. Ordered online said it was done. Dove up there. Wasnt even started. Had to ask about it 2 times. Got it got out to my truck an its missing the protien. Go back in tell them an have to wait for them to cook it. Then they just add it to my cold soggy nachos.

They are infested with roaches!! They are even crawling around the food you eat!!! The GM comes straight to work goes to bathroom for 30mins to and hr to get high in the bathroom and then nods out while standing there claims its because her “sugar levels” they use the same nasty mop and water to clean bathrooms and restaurant they never sweep the floors there is mold growing under tables cheese stuck on booths because it’s been there so long only good thing I can say is there food is good and prepped fresh daily but be aware there just might be a roach crawling around in that cheese your about to ask for or one that just came out of there oh yea and also if your gonna tip make sure it’s on a card cause the “GM” collects and counts the cash tips

I usually go for Moe's Monday which is a discount on menu. Add ons like bacon, queso, exta meat will drive your total cost up quickly.
Store hours at the door states that they close at 9 PM, their website online states that they close at 9 PM, but why do they say they are close when you arrive there at 8:20? Not a fan.

Ordered salad & asked for more lettuce on top & was told would cost extra!!! What really, chipotle doesn't charge extra. Plus all I had was lettuce, protien, rice & beans. NO cheese, sour cream or anything else that was offered but Im going to be charged for a little more lettuce!?????? Disappointed!

Went for dinner and explained that we had a gluten allergy. The first girl changed her gloves no issue, the second girl however did not change her gloves even though we confirmed that the first girl told her we had an allergy. She proceeded with saying she knew but still didn’t change her gloves and then continued to dig into the cheese and say she’s ‘grabbing parts that weren’t touched’ the cashier came and told her that she can’t do that and needed to get some from the back. She then tried to TAKE OUT THE CHEESE from the bowl! The cashier again told her she can’t do that and that she needed to redo it. She started to redo the bowl when she decided that she wasn’t comfortable doing our order?! The cashier had to finish her job and do our order for us. Thank God for him!
