They need to get it together in there. Everytime I mean EVERYTIME I go there it’s some type of inconvenience. Never enough chicken. Go there be day and they can’t do thighs because they ran out. Go the next day you can’t get the family meal you want. Either it’s not enough chicken, it’s no mac or rice etc, etc, ETC. or they refuse to make anymore after a certain time. Need better management. They know traffic comes around lunch and dinner they need to get it right

I ordered a pick up order and when I got there I sent my boyfriend inside to pick it up. He had my phone that had the pickup order information and everything. When he came back to the car he told me he just had the weirdest experience. When he went to get the food the workers were whispering and looking at him weird. They were acting like it wasn’t his food. They asked him to verify the order at least 5 times while continuing to go back to workers and whisper while they looked at him as if he was doing something wrong. My boyfriend is black. I’m not saying that was the issues but it just seemed very off to me. He had all the information and everything he needed. I do not see why they gave him that type of experience.

The order was totally wrong. Called to complain gave details of what was on versus what was received. The so called Manger proceesed to tell he would give mea credit for a four PC dinner on my next visit. But I had to use it in 30 days. The last time I went in and checked the order at the counter guess what it was wrong. When I complained the young man behind the counter just laughed. Didn't go back for a while. So why would I want to return anytime soon. I will admit I did get irate it seem like the customer service is lacking a lot. Told me that his employees get over stimulated and don't pay attention to the orders they are filling. Seems like the lack proper training. Then told me did not have to listen to me yelling and he could hang up the phone and nick the credit. I told him to do just that. I was going on facebook to slam Popeyes in dibervile. It seems costumer service has died there. And yes I did start yelling. I did not feel as though he was sincere. Yes every one makes mistakes. But you if you are a manager you should take your costumer complaints seriously.

Love my chicken from Popeyes! Best chicken in the universe but you have to get the spicy flavor! Yummy! Even though we can barley afford it now with prices as high as they are we don't eat here as much as we would like too but we definitely enjoy it whenever we can!

I was served a fish sandwich with a bite taken out of it. I called to complain and the manager Felicia’s response was “I can’t believe one of my employees would do that”. well believe it that’s the way I received it. I didn’t waste my lunch by driving to Popeyes twice and now I have no lunch. I refused the replacement food offered. She gave me the money back for the two fish sandwiches I returned. Did not refund the $3.20 spent on a small side. I couldn’t believe she didn’t refund it as a courtesy. . I want nothing from there.
On my most recent visit, it was just sad that I had to ask for silverware for my mashed potatos and gravy, sauce for my tender stripes and napkins. First of all, I should've had to ask. And when I did, she got a attitude.

I ordered from Grubhub, the things I payed extra for, and the straws for the drinks were missing. Now the bag is sealed by the restaurant, so Grubhub can't check. I tried 10 times to call the restaurant but all I got was a busy signal. And corporate doesn't answer at 8:00 at night, so I paid almost $80 and didn't get the extras I paid for, straws, or dipping sauce for the order, and can't rectify the issue! I'm done!

I ordered online and gave the time 340 pickup which was an extra 30 minutes before pickup. I entered a young man asked if I had a pickup gave him my last name, he said it wasn't there yet!! Impossible . I stood another 5 minutes before a young lady came up and ask if I was Lynda yes. Oh we're waiting for it to come up. A man came 8n 15 minutes after me, he had ordered online too. Guess what, he got his order and left, hmmm. I am still waiting.others are also waiting. A lady came in ordered at the counter, she got her food.i am about pissed by now. There's been chicken under the warmer, what amI waiting for???Finally she put my order together. 420 I was there an entire hour. So, no more Popeyes for me.
