FIRST OF ALL THAT " LOBSTER FEST" IS A " LOBSTER MESS" !I VISTED THE DIBERVILLEMS RESTAURANT POST VALENTINES AND ORDERED THE SURF N TURF AND THEIR TWO LOBSTER COMBO ,THIS ONE HAD A REG LOBSTER AND A ROCK LOBSTER THAT ONE WAS HARD NASTY!!!! THE TEXTURE OF IT WAS WEIRD. THE BILL WAS $90. WAS NOT WORTH ANY OF THE 90$$$$ MAYBE $30 FOR BOTH MEALS , YES BOTH !! I HAD GOTTON SICK STARTING 1 1/2 HRS AFTER WE LEFT, MY STOMACH STARTING TO HURT AND I HAD TO GO RUN TO THE RESTROOM TWICE AT A DIFFERENT ESTABLISHEDMENT AFTER WE LEFT RED LOBSTER AT 10P.M.ALSO FOR A THIRD TIME ONCE I ARRIVED HOME 1 HR LATER I HAD TO USE THE BATHROOM AGAIN , MY STOMACH WAS STILL UPSET WITH PAIN IN IT !?I SHOULD OR WENT TO A HOSPITAL TO PROVE STOMACH BACTERIA OR POISINIGI CALLED TO REPORT THIS AND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE , DICUSSED THE ITEMS ON MY RECIECT , EMAIL ADDRESS AND MY OTHER INFORMATION WAS TAKEN DURUNG MY CALL AND SHE SAID SHE WILL LET SOMEONE KNOW .SO AFTER GIVING MY COMPLAINT SOMETIME.... I WAITED TO CHECK FOR ANY FOLLOW UPS PER EMAIL AND NO ONE HAD CONTACT ME THATS WHEN I DECIDED TO CALL THE RED LOBSTER BACK, SO A GUY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND HE TOLD ME THE LADY I SPOKEN THAT DAY WAS A REGIONAL MGR AND I THOUGHT WOW THINGS SHOULD BE GETTING TAKEN CARE OF....???? ITS NOW TWO MONTHS THAT I WAS VERY SICK FROM " YOUR" FOOD AND NO ONE HAD CALLED OR ANYTHING ELSE !!!WHEN I DID CALL THE FIRST TIME THE FEMALE , MGR SEEMED CONCERNED AND LISTENED TO MY COMPLAINT WHILE I WAS SPEAKING WITH HER , SO BEFORE I CALLED AT THAT TIME I SINCE POSTED A LONG ORIGINAL REVIEW ONLINE ABOUT MY ORDEAL WITH THAT FOOD . AFTER WE TALKED I WENT IN TO REMOVE MY POST ONLY BECAUSE I WAS UNDER THE EMPRESSION THAT THINGS WILL BE GETTING TAKEN CARE OF .I WAS ASKED FOR MY NAMETHE BILL AMOUNTMY EMAIL AND MY PH #I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED SINCE THEN AFTER MY SECOND CALL TO RED LOBSTER !!!!!!!

I recently had lunch here and I had a really poor experience. First of all, the lights at my table were off so I had to use my phone light to be able to read the menu, then the server took around 20 minutes to get the drinks and 30 more minutes to get the food. I ordered the lobsters lover’s duo with mac and cheese, the mac and cheese was good but the lobster was really disappointing, it tasted really sour and it was frozen. I do not recommend and wouldn’t come back again.

The selection was not that great. I like my steak rare medium, cooked just a little past rare, but not medium rare. They did not prepare my steak right. They made me another steak, and it came out medium rare again. When you pat over 25 bucks for a steak, you should be able to order it cooked to your liking. Overall, the menu is not as good as it once was. Now, it's a typical chain .fast food disguised as a restaurant at best. And then they didn't even offer a discount after making me wait another 15 minutes for another steak. My wife ate her entire meal before I got to even start mine.

Wife and I had a nice dinner at this location up Red Lobster recently. Our server was terrific. Food was good, except for the stuffed mushrooms, which were overly strong with a less-than-fresh seafood smell and taste. Perhaps they had been around a while since the day before was Valentine's day.Parking: Plenty of free parking available adjacent to the restaurant building.Kid-friendliness: It's red lobster.. of course it's kid-friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy.
