Food is decent, the people working there are rude and not clean. Lady played on her phone in between making my sandwich and was taking pictures of her and her coworker. Questioned the food I was getting to me. The food is the same as it’s subway but the whole vibe is weird. I’ve gone another time before and no one showed up behind the counter for five or so minutes.

I came to have lunch on my hour break, and the girl told me she was new it was her first day, and said her manager left her and would be back in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes she offered to try and make my sandwich and she was so nervous then someone else showed up for work and said he was so sorry he was late for work. My option the manager should have never left this young lady alone it was very unprofessional.

A new girl was taking my order. The other lady, walked in and started getting aggressive, acted like she didn't want to be there, much less help her because she was having issues and asking questions. Then proceeded to tell either me, or her, to brush our teeth. And laughed and walked off. Came back when time to checkout and almost refused me my 2.34 in change expecting me to leave it in the tip jar. Which I absolutely would have, and usually do leave my Change. But even the new girl that started working was upset about the teeth comment she basically shut down and refused to talk to me the rest of the service. The lady with the half shaved head and dreads on top needs to be let go. She was so rude and I felt almost embarrassed for even asking for some things on my husband's sandwich. I couldn't even believe how rude she was. And as soon as I checked out, she walked off throughout the walmart. 5/22/23 around 5 p.m.

I always come to this subway after picking up a few things from Walmart and just dine in before I go home to get ready for work. The tall guy with the full beard is always the nicest, and he makes the best sandwiches!! They aren’t sloppy and everything falling out when I un wrap it. He’s definitely the best Sandwich Artist!!! I was here 4/27 @ 12:30

They want to be a Subway sub shop but won't honor coupons from Subway corporation take you money elsewhere and get better sandwiches

Ordered an online order at 7:40 pm. Was told that it was going to be done at 8:05. We walked in and they told us it wasn’t completed. Time past to 8:20 they still have yet to complete the order which was two sandwiches. Absolutely awful customer service

Good BMT, I heard about rude employees but the experience never happened to me at this location, the employees were nice to me. I loved this location, Walmart is there to shop with a delicious Subway restaurant.

0 stars. Melissa the manager was very very rude. Me and my wife ordered 2 steak foot longs. Before we ordered we asked the young lady to wash her hands. While she was washing her hands. Melissa makes the peoples order after us and takes the rest of the steak. That was suppose to be for my order. I figured since there was enough for the first 2 steaks. Make the orders in order who got there first. Well. Apparently she knew the customer and addressed him by name. B j. So long story short. She made us wait for steak to be microwaved and warmed up while she make the peoples steak sandwiches for the people behind us. Me and my wife complained that the order should be make according to who was in line first. Makes sense. Melissa took it the wrong way and assumed we were being rude. After we watched the guy get his order before us. While we were waiting for our steak to be heated up the guy behind us got his steak sandwiches. We decided to cancel the order and Melissa s attitude was terrible. She said "DONT COME AGAIN" We were in shock that a manager would even say that. We weren't rude at all. This is last time ever we will stop at this subway. We felt like because Melissa knew b j he got preferential treatment. I visited this location Saturday night around 7pm on April 17. Watch the video of it if you think i am making this up. I don't want anything free. Im not asking for a handout. Just letting you know you need to train your employees better than what we experienced.
