With no customers inside the restaurant and only three cars ahead of me in the drive through, it still took 25 minutes just to have my order taken. And it’s one of those narrow drive throughs where you can’t get out of line after you’re tired of waiting on incredibly slow service.

Drive thru got order wrong. Went back and they gave us wrong order again.
Everytime we try to get food we are told it is a 5-10 minute wait just to take the order in the drive through with no customers in the dining room. If we do get to order then the order is usually wrong.

Employees were rude and not helpful. I will never go there again. Demanded customer use the kiosk to order. They hardly worked and were greasy and filthy. Prices were more than what was displayed on menu.
The lady in the drive thru was mad that I was there and I don’t know why. She acted like it was an annoyance when I asked how she was, help her hand out impatiently for my card, never gave me a receipt and rolled her eyes at me when I told her to have a good day.

The lady behind the counter was really rude to some older lady. She said you have to order from the kiosk. She said sorry she couldn't hear her. She said it again you have to order from the kiosk then the older lady said she couldn't see to do so and the girl behind the counter said "what can't you see" I mean come on now that's so mean I walked out because of it honestly in my opinion she should have to. That was mean and rude and I wouldn't want to support that. Why is there front cash registers if you HAVE to order from the kiosk. I was there at 1:40-1:45 pm today I didn't get her name but I feel like cameras should be watched and she should be terminated.
