I appreciate a Mexican restaurant with good chips (not too thick or light but crispy and fresh) and clean restrooms. Burrito Express delivers.We are passing thru from New Orleans to Knoxville, and I was pleasany surprised to discover a solid Mexican restaurant on the way. I have high expectations as I grew up in San Jose, CA. The food was really good for any passers-bys who come thru.
This is my main go to every week ..the food is constant and delicious…Everything that I have tried off the menu has been so so very good …The staff are very kind ,And to top it off the owner makes rounds talking to each table checking to make sure everyone has a good dining experience…. ( Every Time) . ???This place could easily become addictive. The portions don't seem to be as big as other Mexican restaurants in the area. I ordered the Hawaiian quesadilla or whatever their equivalent is and it didn't come with an order of rice and beans, whereas at casadores rice and beans comes with the quesadilla. I still love to go by there and eat though! They have great food!
