Went to this location 3/11/2024. Walked in and told them we would take a table outside as it was very nice outside. We got a table very quickly and even had people on each side of us. One table who was nearing the end of their meal was approached by a waitress and she asked if they wanted their ticket and the table replied they were not ready yet. She never acknowledged us. All in all we sat over 20-25 minutes and she came back out cleaned a table. Still not acknowledged. The table next to us asked for their ticket and she got it and ran their card and brought it back. Still not acknowledged. I don't understand how we were not approached at any point for drinks. It seemed as if we were invisible. Everyone else around us had gotten their tickets and left. We were the only table outside and the same waitress even looked out the door at us and went back inside. At the 30 minute mark we walked out. This is unacceptable for a place that wasn't very busy.
I didn't get a chance to try the food because I tried to place an order online and the website was messing up gave me an error message every time I hit the checkout button. I did all the thing refreshed my browser, closed it, and redid the whole order more than once. I called the restaurant to do a phone order and they wouldn't do a phone order and told me it was user error not the website.

We went on a Sunday expecting a wait. I was originally told it would be an hour wait ended up wait around 2. finally got seated ordered the crab cakes and it had absolutely no flavor the potatoes were hard and the food was warm on the verge of being cold. the sauce also didnt have any flavor either. we were told they use to be made in house but no the come pre formed. now the manger did come and asked us if we wanted something else which was a plus but everything was just okay
Everything was good. I have one complaint. I dropped by fork while eating and asked a waitress to get me another and she literally listened to my request and ignored the request. She never gave me a replacement fork and never acknowledged my request. Attitudes are very important. Thankfully, the assigned server returned later to the table to check and gave me a replacement fork.

First time dining here & it is definitely overhyped. My pancakes and bacon were overcooked. Maybe this is a personal preference but when I ordered the blueberry pancakes I expected blueberries in the pancakes or at least some type of blueberry compote but sadly there were only a couple of blueberries scattered on the plate. My boyfriend’s eggs were undercooked. I requested no cheese on my dish & to my surprise there was cheese on it smh. Also, everything looked rushed & thrown together which confused me because there was not a crowd in the restaurant. Saw our server only 2 times during the visit & that was when we ordered & her dropping the check off. She was very unattentive which again confused me because the restaurant was NOT busy. The food we ordered and service were very subpar.
