I had a blackened chicken sandwich that may have been fresh and moist two days ago. I ordered undercooked overpriced onion rings to top this fiasco off. Did I mention the inside and outside extremely dirty and unkept. Would suggest trying elsewhere as the food not good but expensive for what you get.

I went there Thursday - what a disaster. Waited 20 minutes then had to go to the counter to ask about my order. It was finally found in the drive thru. Burger looked like a hockey puck and was cold. I should have sent it back but was a little afraid to. The employees were either on the phone or arguing with each other. There needs to be new management and employees. I will not eat there again.

I don’t even know where to start. Highway freaking robbery. I use to love this place. 3 burgers and chicken tenders $41. They had No sweet tea, but then after I paid I’m told there’s no chili which is why we go there. We like chili on our burgers. I asked for a burger with everything but mustard. I get a burger with nothing but mustard. One of the other burgers was also wrong. It took 20 minutes even though I was the only customer. The burgers were cold, bun was hard and the meat was like a hockey puck. I was there on 12/27 at 6:45. Absolute worst thing ever.

Ordered a plain double classic burger, got a bacon burger the first time, a double classic with condiments and pickles the second time. Booth benches and tables were dirty, floor was sticky. Service speed was okay. Prices were kinda high, considering what they serve.

Okay this is a hard one. This food is amazing. Great burgers. Great fries. Just wonderful. The service I received?? Horrible. Never got greeted at the drive through. Pulled up to the window. Ordered two combos. They tried to just give us the sandwiches. Then the guy at the window ran to get fries and handed me a little baggie of fries that is 100% unsanitary. Like put it in a bag. Disappointed honestly. It's never been this bad. We were there for probably 30 minutes total for a drive thru order.

Can't get orders right. Can't count number of burgers correctly. Not friendly to each other. Took forever to get our order and was still wrong. The cashier was friendly and made sure we got the correct remaining burgers

If I could give zero stars I would!Food inspection should be notified!!Nasty cook( I guess that’s what she is) who they call Mr. Daisy.Literally in the food prep area eating, licking fingers and dropping food as if not a custom is in site!The cashier acted as if was a normal thing for her to be eating behind the counter.This is soooo gross.

I enter the building to find The cook Ms.Daisy eating in the prep area no only was she eating with her hands stuffing her face but saw customers and continued on. I need to trust that the business is using protective measures when cooking and handling other people food. It was disgusting. And when I mentioned it to the cashier she calls her name like it's the norm to eat when fixing food.... Don't eat here not while Ms.Daisy working...

This business was founded in Mississippi so I try to support them but here lately this location leaves me feeling a bit strange. They have plenty of employees but we're still keeping the door locked. They have some sort of computerized voice at the drive through window that takes your order. A human to human commuication would get me better confidence in the accuracy of my order. The food quality left alot more to be desired. The crispy seasond fries I grew up on were cold and undercooked. The burger was dry. I used to be prepared for one of the messiest fast food burgers I could get.

The kine was long at the drive thru. The Robotic order taker did awesome.The staff worked hard to get everyone out quickly. Orders were fresh and items were hot.

We visited this location on a Sunday shortly after they opened. The lobby was filthy, looked like it was not cleaned from the night before. All of the dining room chairs were still on top of the tables, Food on the floor, greasy handprints all over the windows and the place had a musty/moldy smell. Team in the back was not motivated, with one Team Member loudly complaining that they were bored. The mens room was extremely dirty as well. The food was ok, but we will not go back.

SLOW! I’ve been sitting in the drive thru lane for 15 minutes. It has not moved. I tried to go inside to order. The doors are locked and there are at least 7 people sitting at tables or walking around with trays - all employees! It’s noon on Sunday!!And the drive thru is now automated, which is just frustrating!!
