me and one of my friends went to eat with her two babies ages 2 and 1. keep in mind theyre babies, theyre getting cranky as were waiting. we were seated at a table with two high chairs, all was fine until our waitress didnt approach until 15 minutes after we had been seated . she took our drink order, i ordered a coke but was served water . she came back around after another 15 minutes and we moved tables. then we were told we couldnt be seated at a booth because high chairs would be in the walkway but there was plenty of walk space between the back of the high chairs and the next table over. the sweet couple next to us agreed. after waiting so long, and the kids getting cranky as well as me because im pregnant and had been snacking all day, we finally got up and left. i felt the service was not to the best of its ability. i will not be returning!

This place was awesome. The staff was courteous and very attentive. The Food was excellent and my cup was never empty and we were there for about 4 hours discussing the podcast we are getting ready to premiere. They never rushed us and continuously filled our drinks long after Normal people would if been gone.

At lunch gone in twice nobody at greeting desk. Wait both times and finally lady comes out. Ask me to be seated and wait for table. Plenty of tables open no seats at bar. Found seat at bar first time while waiting. Left second time. Want go back.

The food is pretty good here but the service is awful and then they have terrible attitudes and won’t even fill up the ranch all the way

BWW is one of those chains which they're either good or bad, and this one...bad. I ordered combo - 6 bone in, 6 boneless. The wings were warm, no temp at all, and very dry. The bone in were supposed to be lemon pepper rub, but had zero flavor; the boneless were to be parm garlic, but no flavor of either. Since the wings were horrible, I sure wasn't going to eat the slaw. The fries were the better of the meal, and that's stretching it. BWW needs to take a lesson from Twin Peaks on how to make great wings. I will never visit this location again, and likely not any BWW location. I'd been better off going to Chic-fil-a.
