The food was still hot when I got home, tasted great, and they got our order right. Huge plus - they gave us plenty of napkins, straws, and they even put ketchup in the bag! I didn’t even ask and nowadays no one remembers even if you ask. I hope it’s this great when I come back!

This Burger King is a prime example of why the company has filed for bankruptcy the employees could care less if you're order is correct the lobby looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a month the floor was so sticky it nearly pulled your shoes off.

The food is so good I mean lots of options the one I got was the Italian chicken sandwich so good it has provolone marinara and a chicken patty super good The service is the down fall they have very nice or very mean people so yeah not to be mean but bk should really think about there employees Here is a picture of my food Sorry I ate some but it is still good

These guys can not count. Order 2 orders of 16 nuggets I get 2 orders of 8 go through the line again I get shorted 8 more nuggets and have to go again for another 8 nuggets. They never get an order right I’ve been credited more than I have spent here through the app at this point just from the staffs

I ordered some items from the app and my burger had a hair in it. I reordered the burger and the second one was ok. I tried to get reimbursed and went through the chat, did t get a response until a week later and the representative ask me for a picture of the whooper. Next time I ordered the food never arrived, the delivery person said the restaurant canceled the order

I was reading some of these reviews and I tell can you, some of these are either staged on here or they are friends of these employees. I have been here twice, once 3 years ago. The servers were very rude, the place needed to be cleaned and they were all in kitchen area with 1 small family eating in dining area. The restrooms needed a hose to clean them and you could smell them before you reached the doors. With all this, and the rude glares, we turned around and left. That being said, we went again thinking after 3 years something surely changed. Not by much. The restrooms didn't knock you down walking up to them. That was about all. Employees were less than friendly, our food was thrown together, and they didn't bother to call a number out, with other customers present, they said: "y'all's food is ready!" So naturally I asked, "Do you mean us? " I guess I had no right to ask that question ?? I was shot a look, as she walked off. I said, "And you have a nice day as well, thank you." I won't be back and I have suggestions for others who want fast food, try Wendy's or McDonald's right down from this Burger King location. If you just have to have Burger King, I would suggest driving into Jackson.
