Placed online order. Went thru drive thru to pick up. I was informed it would be an additional 15-20 minutes. Well it's been 30 more and guess what I don't have. My food. No manger on duty to cancel my order. Horrible attitudes in the store.

They fixed my bowl really nice for an online order except they gave me lettuce which I did not ask for but thankfully it wasn't a lot so I didn't mind once I noticed it in there.

Ended up with food poisoning. Then tried to call and let them know but no one answers.
Ordered online food was too be ready at 12:20. Didn't get food until 12:40. Then worker called out wrong order and then food was cold. This is unacceptable. I will never visit this place again.

Just nasty and unprofessional… food poorly made and food hot box was nearly EMPTY at dinner time rush. Never going back. So unprofessional. Got employees walking around talking and laughing while our food is barely edible… Every table was dirty and the trashcans were

I went into the Flowood location to inquire about catering. The woman at the counter asked me what I needed and proceeded to go to the "manager". The "manager" was standing in the kitchen with her clipboard talking. She sent the original employee to me and told me she couldn't help me and everything about catering was online. I asked to speak to the "manager". It was the lady with the clipboard. She was rude and told me she couldn't help me. When I asked for her name she "attempted" to offer better customer service. Again, I asked her for name to which she replied "Megan". Based on my brief interaction with her, I question if this is in fact her real name. I left without getting my question answered.
