What happened Cici's?? I stopped by today with my family, party of 16, and we regretted it from the moment we arrived. First stop, salad bar. It looked great...all the fixings you can want, minus the lettuce. When I asked I was told "we out!" No lettuce but all the fixings??? Okay then, second stop is pasta bar. Both red and white sauce but no pasta. When I asked I was told "we out!" No pasta but both sauces?? Okay then, what about desserts??? After an eye roll, offered to fix a dessert pizza, which took 15 minutes or so. Guys, I paid for a salad, pasta, pizza, dessert buffet, as advertised, but what I actually got was 3 slices of pizza. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

We went for a family birthday party. It was busy, but we were all able to sit together. The salad bar was fresh, the pizza was okay, and they were good about keeping it coming out even though they were really busy, we didn't have any pasta, but it looked good. The place was clean and all the staff were super nice. The kids liked the little arcade. We were able to have fun and enjoyed ourselves.

I am from out of town and I don’t know a single person in Mobile, but I do now this team at the cicis pizza on airport were amazing as soon as you walk in you get this nice big greet from the whole team my and the person who was working the cashier I think his name was Caleb he was awesome he made sure I was taking care of and he had a actual conversation with me which made me feel very welcome. Next there was someone named Cam and he was very helpful. He was very good with me. He made sure that all the pieces were good for my liking that if I had a special class he would tell the Cook it was very nice. The store was very clean. The manager, Savannah, absolutely a sweetheart. She deserves a raise. Overall, my experience here this Cicis pizza was amazing. Recommend it I’m gonna give you my five out of five stars but realistically for me it’s seven out of five stars.

Where I can’t speak on the atmosphere because we ordered through DoorDash. I can’t say my son loves there pizza. We tried something different from them and I must say I love it food was hot the cheese ? my new favorite is the spinach Alfredo stuff crust pizza. And I normally don’t do dessert pizza but there’s pretty good and a great size for the $$

My experience was awful. The 2 red haired girls and one with braids in a bun were on the phone the entire time. One of the employees was eating the pizza with no new pizza for guests on the line. One of the team members was digging in her head stretching and no one was acknowledging any guests that walked in. Also there were no gloves worn the entire time as they played on their phones and prepped pizza. I'm convinced that there was no manager present

Website says closses at 10pm at 8:45 buffet was scarce and I asked for a spinach pizza.. was told no because they had put up all the pizza stuff. There was no salad bar or dessert..I just wanted a spinach pizza.. would have been happy. Oh and the pizza they did have was not hot..

We was traveling and stop to eat at Cici Pizza a younger lady was not very friendly at all we when to get pizza to eat and they didn't have harly no pizza and we ask the younger lady if she was going to put more pizza and her respond was I think about it very on resperful to us.We are Customer that is not the way they should treat a Costomer.

This is my first bad review. The last few times I've visited here the service has been horrible. We arrived at 7pm only for them to shut down half the buffet. The pizza that was on the buffet was old. The workers didn't seem to care about putting out fresh pizza. It will a while before I come back and visit.
