They can’t make a cortado, but it’s on the menu. The barista tried to argue with me and say that they didn’t come with foam. Worst drink, and service I’ve ever had. Replace those old couches, and get some quality baristas.

One of the worst cappuccinos I ever had. It was soooo hot, I had to wait for 15-20 minutes to drink it. The coffee beans tasted very bad, too dark roasted (nobody even asked me what kind of roast do I want). The place was very dirty, not clean and very unpleasant to sit there. My friend worked here and use to tell me that this is the best coffee place around here. Well, after trying, I can definitely say, that she was wrong or she never had a good one)) Cappuccino in Elvis is 100 times better (but I don't like this fact that portion is soooo small).

I paid $7 for something that I can't drink!! cause the Expresso taste like it's been in that container for months!! Safe to say I will never take my business back there.

Every time I go in I’m met with attitude by the same girl working behind the counter like you can’t ask questions cause they just aren’t up for answering any either the coffee is to sweet or to bitter never a consistent flavor.

The barista named Austin was very rude, obnoxious, and loud. We went in cups and you can right off the bat can tell who he is usually the one goofing around, dancing while going from front off the counter to behind and being completely unprofessional. While I was there he was staring at me and my companion the whole time giving us a disgusting look. And me trying to be a bigger man I walked away and thanked him trying to not be confrontational I could hear him bad mouthing about us to his co workers. He disrespected and was rude to us before this visit as well and completely unaware of customer manners. I don’t know what kind of management will hire someone like that. From now on I will never go there, I would rather go somewhere else and pay more money and not recommend anyone to go to cups used to be good. Just go to Starbucks literally down the street, they will never treat you like that.
Top tier coffee but management should have a talk with employees about playing in front of customers instead of helping them. I come to cups every morning and Nicki is top tier and about her business… but Cole who works the late shift may need some coaching. He was talking around with his coworkers and I’m not against having fun in the workplace but even one of his coworkers (who wasn’t on the clock) looked me then him twice said you have a customer who needs to be helped. He never even once said I’ll be with you in a moment. He just looked lost, ran his fingers through his hair. Then proceed to catch an attitude when I asked if someone could help me.

I took my daughter and granddaughter to Cups an Espresso Cafe’ for a little break between stores during a shopping outing. The lady that waited on us was unpleasant, with no personality whatsoever. We asked for recommendations for my 10 yo granddaughter, to which she answered, “Well, we have hot chocolate.” We tried to explain that she likes coffee, and asked if she could recommend something with a coffee flavor, but she blankly stared at us. She never smiled, she never said thank you, she never said come back again. Nothing. She just stared. It was not a very inviting atmosphere. In fact, it was truly uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place simply because of the service and the uncomfortable atmosphere.
