Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Lied to me and told me there was no berry flavors while they continued to laugh in my face and whisper about how they were not really out of berry. DO NOT RECOMMEND. And 8$ for 3 sips of a tea is a bit extreme.

I have never really tried the teas or shakes, but I went in today and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!! The young ladies helped me decide what would be best for me considering I like sweet fruity tastes. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had in a tea shop!

I was very shocked to learn that one of my favorite tea places support young teens vaping in store when it is clearly illegal. Not only was a long black hair girl vaping while she made my tea but she was dressed quite inappropriately. She had on a cropped tank top without a bra and very revealing shorts. She was also very rude, almost emotionless when taking my order. There is little to no hospitality being shown by these workers. I'm very shocked to learn all of this and there are cameras in the shop. So does the management condone or even allow this behavior? Very disappointed.
