6 adults and a child dined there Friday, March 29,2024.Most of us ordered hamburgers. The meat was cold, hard and burned. Bun was cold and hard. I couldn’t eat mine as the meat and bun were both as hard as could be. Another negative is daughter and I ordered salads which were delivered 5 minutes after the burgers. Daughters salad had no dressing. Asked for dressing was never brought. Nor was the sauce for the burger. Ate what she could of the salad and burger having to leave the rest on her plate. Salad was all I ate. Had to leave whole hamburger less 3 bites on my plate. We had to ask for drink refills several times. Waitress was slow and didn’t deserve a tip! I quit visiting Mug Shots and thought I’d give it one more try. You failed me again and you were once “the place to go!”

The food was good. The salad came out at a reasonable time before the burgers. The burgers were juicy and fulfilling. The bartender Victoria was the best! She was Very attentive and made the mimosas delicious. We were able to get a seat at the bar even though there would be a table available within 10 minutes of us arriving. The restaurant had a calm atmosphere even with it being full. Other servers were also available to tend to our needs when the bartender was busy.

I got the Texan Burger with sweet potato fries. I don't normally eat burgers (it's been a long time). But this was delicious. The sweet potato fries were average, not anything to write home about. My overall experience was pretty good. I will go there again, especially for the burger.

Been going to this location for several years. The food and service have always been good until recently. When I got ready to order my watier sat down at my table and I expalined to him exactly how I was wanting my meal cooked. Basically I wanted the meat and onions on my patty melt cooked medium well to well. When I received my order the meat and onions were under cooked. I only took a few bites of my burger and showed him the burger and how it was under cooked. He apologized, but made no suggestions about taking it back to the kitchen and cooking it a little more to get it right. The waiter didn't seem to care about doing anything to make things right. He basically blew me off. Business was very slow when I was there. It seems that this kinda of poor service is common today in the restaurant business. The are plenty of places to get a good burger in the Jackson metro area. I think I will explore othe places that will be more respectful and appreciate their customers a little more. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
As we entered ,we were greeted very nicely. As we prepared to wait, the lady pictured with the coat was rude and moved as if we were bothering her. She got up and whispered something to the hostesses and sat down.

THE BEST SERVICE, FOOD and AMBIANCE! My bartender/server was Victoria and boy was she victorious! Her smile lit up the room and truly set the vibe for my experience today. My food came out quick, hot and delicious! My drink the Mississippi mule was made to perfection. Victoria checked in on us many times to make sure we were happy. Great experience over all. The happy hour deals are also fantastic! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Was disappointed in the pow pow shrimp. At one time was almost as good as Bone Fish bangbang. Needs to be fresh battered and not over cooked. Not prebattered unless lower
