90% of my $13 salad was inedible. The whole container had nothing but brown slimy lettuce in it. Really sucks when you have worked all day and want to treat your husband and yourself to a nice meal, personally one of my favorite restaurants and this happens.

I used the app to place a delivery order, I got my beverage as part of being in the sip club, the blood orange splash. It tastes like a watered down orange drink, and the size of my soup and Mac and cheese was appalling for what it costs, it also overall lacked seasoning.

Nice place to eat after my granddaughters cheer and dance competition in Jackson. The brocolli and cheddar soup and Greek salad and slice of bread were delicious and really hit the spot.Dietary restrictions: I was looking for coffee that was sugar free and there was no option other than regular coffee. Also 2 foods I wanted were out so I ended up with soup and salad which was good.Kid-friendliness: They had grilled cheese which is all my granddaughter wanted. She sid think the sandwich was too small though. It came with a whole apple.

The Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was the bomb!! It was hot full of Teriyaki Sauce. Simply delicious!! I also had the natural Green Tea and it was delicious. The employee that waited on me was very friendly and helpful. I only come to this one and service and food is always DELICIOUS!!

Worked one shift, fired for “asking for social media.” Ate a steak sandwich as a free employee meal and it tasted spoiled. Don’t recommend. Friendly GM and shift leader. Terrible staff, one guy held a butter knife as an assault weapon and moved suspiciously around me.
Intentionally ignored at the drive through. She looked straight at me and then wouldn’t serve me. Horrible experience. I will never go

Whenever we travel to Jackson MS we always make a stop at Panera and enjoy the meals and atmosphere.Vegetarian options: I like that they do have some items that can be ordered for vegetarians. Tomato soup, vegetable soup and the salads like Greek mediterranean salad. Yum.

Never attempt to go here at 8:45pm. They say they are open to 9pm but they stop taking orders at 8:45pm. I even called the store and asked when they closed. They said they closed at 9pm but didn’t let me know about the 8:45 cut off on orders. I arrived at 8:50pm and they refused to take my order.

I stop at Panera Bread/St. Louis Bread Company on a regular basis while traveling as I can get some work done while having a decent meal, so my reviews are always based on the view from a business traveler.This is honestly one of the more impressive locations I have found on my trips. The location is fairly easy to get with ample free parking. Location was clean and plenty of staff that greeted me as I entered.This location had two self-service kiosks for order entry and self-service cups available upon order. Ample seating in a large, open area. Very good number of wall outlets for plugging in electronics, at least around the perimeter of the location, all of which are at large tables.I only had coffee and a bagel, so I can't really comment on the food.Overall is a great location.Kid-friendliness: Panera is always kid friendlyParking: Ample parking
