I came to this location yesterday and got a chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes. Chicken sandwich had too much mayonnaise & the potatoes were a LOT worse. There were green beans and rotten meat mixed in with the mashed potatoes. I only took maybe a few small bites at the most before I had to throw them away. Later on my stomach was hurting and I was very nauseated that I thought I was gonna vomit. I don't think I'm ever coming here again after getting food poisoning yesterday from here

I have placed an order through the app the past two weekends and both times I have driven up to popeyes I have been informed that the restaurant has no food. The restaurant can also not cancel the order there so both times I have had to deal with robots on the app to cancel my order which has been an absolute pain. I would not recommend going to this popeyes!!!!

We went to order and wanted white meat and the lady at the window was extremely rude saying ma’am we aren’t customizing orders right now so u will get whatever chicken is out in the box! Really.. I sure hate to see this Popeyes end up like the rest around here!!might be why bojangles is packed right now!!

Stopped by my 2nd time in a month: First visit, I placed my order with a new cashier in training of for a 3 PC., white, Mild Combo, cahier tells me Popeye's no longer customizes orders. I ask if she's sure and response is yes. Popeye's mgr. tells me as I am leaving he can get it for me. My response no, let me try Bojangels.2nd visit- Another Cashier in training, I order the same thing after asking for someone to come help her 4 times to do the order via their ordering sysem (by the way customizing is not an issue if the cashier knows her job). The poor cashier had to get help for 3 of the next 5 orders on thier ordering system.The manager comes out of back to waiting customers waiting for orders and is asking about their order status (hell we're all waiting, should tell him sometyhing).My forder comes out, as I get in my truck I decide to each a hot season'd Popeyes Fry, NOT!!!! whole bag of fries was still frozen Solid (frozen), never put in the fryer. No telling how many orders got frozen fires.Advice: Someone needs to make sure all from Manager on down knows their roll. Manager you need to insure adequate cashier training and process Execution by employees and identify where process has broken down. Lack of both of these result in the symtoms of stacked up customers waiting in line and poor quality of product.One lost customer for Popey's, been loyal for years. Time to move on.

The Popeyes here is terrible it’s like they don’t really use the same ingredients and recipes as my hometown used which is New Orleans the taste is not the same at all somebody needs to come here and wake this restaurant up and show them how Popeyes chicken really supposed to

Probably the best Popeyes in the state. It tastes like they change the oil daily versus other Popeyes. They usually give you more than what you order, which is understandable as there are chicken restaurants going up everywhere. Get the tendies and thank me later.
Good food however the chicken don't be as crispy as it use to and when I ask for crispy it's like an odd feeling of why would you ask that .Other than that the workers are very fast quick and nice .I love their service and would recommend this place any timeParking: Plenty of space easy in and out type of thing
