Very expensive for the food which had no flavor. Two tacos with rice and beans for $13.00, crazyGoing back to picanties in canton only $7.95 and has good Mexican flavors.

Food was great! I will definitely be back the next time I'm down Lakeland. Prices were fair. The steak and chicken tacos were very good! Atmosphere could use a little work the seating is oddly divided and lots of blank space being wasted.

What a joke! I ordered the make your own combo with 2 items, $10. I ordered a cheese enchilada and a chicken flauta. Told the guy queso on the flauta and red sauce on the enchilada. My order came with queso, no red sauce. Went back up to the guy who took my order and he read my order back to me. Of course he put it in wrong because it came out wrong. I asked him for enchilada sauce; he brought me salsa. Told him I want enchilada sauce. He went away and didn't come back until I asked for the manager when I finished my flauta. He told me they have enchilada sauce but I can't have any. I asked for the manager and was told there was no one there. What a joke!! Don't eat here unless you have no other choice.

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! I got food poisoning from salsas! Extra chips are 3 dollars and that SO STUPID! The kids meal does not come with a drink and the manger was the RUDEST person alive!!!

The food was so salty, my husband couldn’t even eat his dinner, the server never came back to check on us after our food was brought out, and we ordered 2 margaritas on the rocks and the glass wasn’t cold, the ice was already melting and we couldn’t even finish our drinks! We were extremely disappointed and won’t be back!

So giving it 3 stars because the food was really good but the ladies taking orders really need some training. When asking questions about the menu they acted like they had zero clue and didn't care. They need some training on how to treat customers. I really miss how the restaurant was before covid when it was a regular restaurant and you didn't order at the counter.

Prior to March 2020, my family ate here at least once a week, twice most weeks. Since the pandemic, we've ordered takeout a couple times. Today, we decided we'd order takeout and, because we we're always wishing we had more salsa, we ordered 2 large salsas, a large queso, and an order of pick de gallo. All that in addition to the family fajitas. When I got home, I realized that even though I spent $21 on extra salsa and queso, they only included a tiny bag of chips. Tiny, as in the size bag you send your kid's PB&J sandwich for lunch. When I called, the young lady told me that was normal. Regardless of how much salsa and queso you order, you get one measly bag of chips. I'll never return to Salsa's Grille. Even though it's my favorite salsa, favorite queso, and pretty decent fajitas, I'll never be back.

The food was lacking enough but tasted fine. The waiter only came by 1 time and that was to bring the food that we had to send back.

Good is decent but the service provided is pathetic. The front desk operator (who appears to be the owner) is unbelievably terrible. He takes rude to the next level and regardless of prices and food I will never be back.

The food was way overcooked and over priced. We spent 100 just to feed 2 adults and 3 kids. No one order more then a rice plate with the exception of a nacho plate. The rice was mush and the steak was like jerky. There is no longer a wait staff. You order at the counter and get your own drinks and refills. For those prices you expect some sort of service.

I usually come here all the time and have a good experience but today was awful. The cashier was rude and disrespectful I even tried to ask was he okay because he is usually nice but he told me why was I concerned about him . I will definitely not come in and order if he is around.

We have enjoyed this restaurant in the past but not this time. It cost almost $60 for 4 of us and only got 1 basket of chips and salsa free and any refills is $3.50. You order like you do at Newks or McAlister's and then you WAIT forever for your food. Will not be back nor recommend.

We ordered two Fajita Chicken Quasidellas with more beans and no rice. They charged 1$ more for each order (for the additional beans). The beans came out so scorched that we could not eat it at all. The chicken was somewhat tasting bad that we are sure it is not fresh. Besides, there were no other side items like cream, salad, etc that typically come with this order in other mexican restaurants. No waiter/server checked with us to enquire about the food throughout the time we ate there. We waited for someone to show up, but nobody showed up after delivering the food. It is prepaid service now, and we realized that they already got the money and they know the food will not be good and hence did not want to come near the customers to check on the food. Will NEVER come here again.
