I was standing, waiting on my order, I waited for a good 10 minutes. I never said a word I never complained. One of the ladies behind the counter asked what name I was waiting for and I told her and she said with a terrible attitude “it’s sitting right there” Yes, I’m aware that it’s very busy at the moment which is why I never said anything or complained, but that gives you no right to be rude to your customers especially when they’ve been nothing but nice.

It’s a shame that I’m even writing this review bc I’ve been a customer at this location for years. Lately the customer service has been absolutely awful. They pick and choose who they “welcome in” im very observant and they don’t say welcome in until some of no color walks in. Their demeanor is completely different with certain people interactions. Olivia the store manager used to be helpful but I’m not sure what’s going on. I don’t even do business here anymore and I cringe when I go in for a door dash order.

Customer service is good but when it comes to making drinks, it's a hit or miss at this place! I just got a frappuccino and it was like milk, it was not a frappuccino! Had it remade it still was nothing but milk and liquidy! They need to understand what a frappe is if they're going to be serving it!

I did a mobile order at 12:16. Got to the store about 12:30 and I didn’t end up getting my coffee until 12:46. 30 minutes for a mobile order. This is also the second time this has happened. Granted it did look like they were shorthanded, and I can understand that, but not one of the employees ever acknowledged or apologized for the wait. Right before my drink was made, I asked the lady to just cancel my order and give me a refund and was told to call the number on the app for that (again NO apology whatsoever and I even told her I ordered my drink 30min prior). I consider myself an understanding person, but what upsets me more than anything is the lack of accountability on their end with no acknowledgement or apologies for it taking so long, and they act like I am the problem when I am clearly frustrated. Next time I will either go to the location in target or just got to Mocha Mugs. There are too many coffee options around here to have to deal with that.

Worst experience ever waited twenty minutes for coffee until I finally gave up and left. The manager could care less that the employees were talking more than they were working, which would explain how slow they were.

Mom not even surprised at this point. The food was absolutely terrible, even after waiting 45 minutes for the service workers to give me my food. (Even though I placed an order through their mobile app, it didn't go through. Not to mention the vibe was so suffocating I smelt cigarettes and vapes in the back of the kitchen. (I have asthma so it made it hard to breath.)

This store has flys in the cabinet where food is on display and it's taken 35 min for two drinks .I'm visiting from Seattle and have never had this

The service here is always very unpleasant. I’ve gone to this location 4 times within the past week and every day it is a different issue. The staff is not friendly and I always have a problem with my beverage being Made correctly. As an ex- partner this is so dissatisfying.

I used to come to this location often to study but I stopped because they blast the music like they’re at a concert and I couldn’t concentrate. Was in town early and went in and placed an order. Never got it! Took my precious time in the bathroom. Came back it wasn’t ready. Waited 10 minutes after that..nope. Folks coming in after me left and right and leaving out with their orders but no drink for me. They didn’t look understaffed and the inside not drive thru was slammed so idk what the problem was. Guess they just didn’t feel like serving me. Politely asked for a refund and they acted like they could care less. So I won’t care either and I won’t patronize this location anytime soon.
