I eat Subway about 10 times a month. First time trying this one. There was almost no meat on my sandwich. Their prices are $3 more than where I live. So my sandwich was about $15 with little to no meat on it. Very disappointed and will not return or recommend to friends.

This has been my favorite subway for the last 5yrs. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined on my last visit. For the first time, I had to use the restroom, and it completely changed how I viewed this place. I was probably the 2nd or 3rd customer that day and went the restroom, so that means they opened up with a nasty restroom to begin. It was so nasty that I literally had to take a shower as soon as I got home. Couldn't eat my food because I kept thinking about the employees using that restroom and returning to work!

We pulled up at 6:30 pm and the man inside walked up and it looked like he might’ve locked the door and then he shook his head. The open sign was still on and we saw they don’t close until 8 so we placed our online orders. He came to our car and yelled at us telling us that his computer was down and he couldn’t make the order. We went inside and politely showed him the order and that we paid for it and asked if he could make it. He said no he couldn’t do that because he’s not the owner. He said we needed to cancel the order on our phone. after I repeatedly said there’s no option to do so I asked if he could call the owner and ask him what to do. He said no he’s in the hospital. He said there was no one he could call. When we didn’t leave, he finally refunded ONE of us. We placed two separate orders. He said we shouldn’t order online without checking first. So I just lost money

They were nice and friendly, great customer service. But the only thing that I didn't like was that they didn't accept the coupon I had for my sandwich. Was disappointed, but the sandwich was still good.

Just went to get food it is 7:15pm The store hours states it closed at 9pm. He literally closed the store in my face as I was getting ready to go in and cut the lights off!! Talk about customer service!!!

One of the best Subways I have been in. Customer service was great. Food was fixed as ordered. Nice, friendly employees. The interior was very clean and welcoming.

Loved eating here! The new renovated store is very open and cozy, the staff are nice and make orders super super fast, and the food quality is all around great. Oh and the manager is super nice and gave ma a free cookie. Would 10/10 reccomend!

Ordered an online order at 7:15 for pick up and when I got there the manager was closing and said that he would not honor my order. I highly recommend not going to this store. Rude manager and he even laughed when he said he was not going to honor my order and that he could not give me my money back.
The outside looked clean and manicured but then you go in and it's dirty.Skimped on the turkey serving that I was given. Won't be back.
