This review is about and for Atlantis and the awesome job she does in an environment with no air conditioning while having a smile on her face and offering up great service while doing so.She’s a true gem and a treasure for this particular Subway location so don’t take her or having good employees for granted.And please get the air conditioning unit fix it’s not only hot in the facility for your employees like her but for customers like myself as well and propping the door open is doing little to nothing especially as it’s starting to get increasingly hotter now that we are headed into the spring into the summer.

I will never go to this Subway again. Last night we ordered 3 foot long subs online. Now only select subs can be ordered as footlong so we had to order two of them as two 6" subs. 1. The bread on all of them was stale. 2. None of the sandwiches were made with the correct ingredients. 3. The person who prepared the sandwiches, was basically unapologetic. I only asked her to remake one of the sandwiches. (My husband is allergic to cheese and she put it on the sandwich.) When I placed it on the counter for her to see, she told me to go throw it in the trash can. I was kind of appalled. We will not be going back and I would recommend you don't either. $40 for 3 footlongs.

I haven't ordered from this subway location in quite some time until yesterday. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised and 100% completely satisfied with the food quality and also the fast and courteous service!UPDATE 4/27/23: I have ordered several times since my initial review and I can't say enough great things or even explain the level of satisfaction I've experienced EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Great staff and they make a Subway sandwich the way they should be made. I pass 2 other subway restaurants just to go to this one on Ridgeway in Flowood, trust me, it's worth the drive!

This has got to be the worse Subway. I went in and ordered a club. $9.99 for a footlong. She put the meat flat and laid them out on the bread, meaning 2 pieces of turkey, 2 pieces of ham, they were out of roast beef so another ham. Barely no meat on the sandwich. I was actually about to eat bread. She totaled the bill “for 1 sandwich “ and it was $14. I asked about the price, she said they went up on price. I had no choice to pay. I gave her $15 and she gave me $3 and change back. I asked why the change, she asked how much do I owe you back? OMG! Really! Go to the Subway in Ridgeland off Lake Harbor Dr. next to Pizza Hut when you are in the area. This place knows how to make a sandwich.
I normally would not post a negative review publicly, and will probably delete later but since the owner was there when we visited and obviously did not care about her employee’s customer service or the food served I’m going to be a Karen. Pink beanie girl that made our sandwich was rude and completely ignored us while making the sandwich. Turkey and bacon not toasted. Had to repeat each item three times which is fine until she asks me if I want my bacon cold. Lol no, you’re supposed to cook it. Then another employee walks in and asks pink beanie girl why she didn’t make bread, that bread is old. Yummy! You could have helped that poor sandwich since you KNEW the bread was not fresh. Not only did she skimp on the turkey but put two small pieces of bacon on the whole footlong. My daughter orders this same sandwich every single time we go to a subway so we know how it’s usually made. This was by far the worst on top of the lame customer service. $9 for a stale bread sandwich with half the meat it usually has and another employee had to ring us up, and find a bag after pink beanie girl just walked off to go talk to the owner.

Love the food! Was not impressed with the employees. Different employees than normal and were not quick or friendly. I was the only customer in the besides 1 eating already and stood there for about 7 to 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Young girl(employee) asked if I had a mask even though there was no signs suggesting or requiring it. Not that they were even wearing theirs correctly...
