Nasty old food is served here! The chewy chicken sandwich was more than a day old and reheated. It literally cut up my gums trying to eat this garbage. Even my kid refused to eat her chicken nugget kids meal she wanted so badly.

I have to say this was not my normal experience at Wendy's. I pulled up to the drive through and the individual didn't speak, just said "What's your order?" I was only ordering for myself but had to repeat the order twice because it seemed they were multitasking.The fries and nuggets weren't as fresh as I'm used to, but I will say the lady at the window was friendly. (Could tell it was not the same lady who took the order)Will be back, but wasn't my best experience.

It’s a gay guy that works there and he is always sick. He blows his nose a lot, sneezes, coughs, and doesn’t wash his hands and start back fixing and prepping food. If you don’t believe me, you can visit the inside of the store earlier mornings.

I went through the drive-through with two of my friends around 9:30 p.m. hoping to get the limited time peppermint frostys and when we got to the window the woman said “go ahead” so i said “one second” once we got our orders together i said “okay i’m ready” and the woman said “GO AHEAD” so i ordered two small peppermint frostys and she said “we don’t have that” so i said “okay, can we get two small chocolate frostys” and she said “MA’AM I SAID WE DONT HAVE THAT” she literally raised her voice over the intercom at me. So i said “okay..you said you didn’t have peppermint frostys not frostys in general but nevermind” and we drove off and there were two girls in the window laughing at us as we were driving by. How hard is it to be nice?

Went through the drive through and they did not give me a drink or fries. The “chicken” wrap that was ordered was nothing but lettuce and literally only two tiny pieces of chicken. Then I asked for some honey mustards and the lady acted like it was a chore asking me “you want two more honey mustards” and rolling her eyes. There weren’t any in the bag to begin with.

The cashier, on Nov 16th at 9:08 am, with red-orange ratchety-a$$ hair taking orders - needs help. No one was at the first window, so i went to the second window. The first thing she tells me is "wHy DiDnT YoU gO tO tHe FiRst wINdOw?" So i hit her with a "my bad, "and before i could explain, she rolled her eyes and closed the door on me after I handed her a 20. Then she gave me my change with malice and a quarter open door. She keeps that additude up. Someone will go in there swinging at her. I get we all have bad mornings, but there is no reason for me to be on the other end of your anger.
Horrible customer service, I gave the lady at the counter my order 3 time and she constantly replied with what. After the 3rd time I just said cancel the order and walked out!!!
