Drive thru system is broken. Left lane was at least 3 times faster than right line because they have to send a runner to right line. Waited for 15 minutes to get order after watching 6 other vehicles show up after and leave before.

VERY VERY disappointed 11/28/2023Drive through backed up, only 1 lane working, went inside never was acknowledged stood for 5 minutes AND LEFT.....WHATABURGER YOU GUYS ARE BETTER THAN THIS...

The line wasn't that long but I guess with the drive thru and dining room orders ....it was slow. I decided to stick it out and just wait. But the customer service was very good....the young lady at the window was polite and friendly. She repeated my order to make sure it was right. I parked my car in the parking lot and went to town!! It was sooooo good!!!
