We live in Alabama and travel back and forth to Tupelo a few times a week for business. We always stop in a this location because it is the cleanest BK we have ever been in. They go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. The staff is always friendly and very professional.

I'm giving all five cause I know how these things work but it seemed like 7 burgers were a task I eat here maybe 4 times a months and they seem to be struggling, only use one window and then make you pull up and wait ? I love bk but all of them have went downhill , hope they fix

One woman was on the phone and couldn't take our order because the register was closed. The manager that was needed to unlock the register never came out. We went to Wendy's instead. Wendy's was short staffed, but we got hot fresh food there. I've never been treated so poorly at a BK. Don't go to this one.

Went through Burger Kings drive thru a couple hours ago. Fries had hair in it which clearly wasn’t ours and we noticed as I was driving off. Went straight to the front entrance. Complained about it and never even received an apology but instead the girl tried to just top the fries of WITH MORE FRIES which obviously ain’t solved the issue! Complained about that as well till she handed us a new one and STILL no apology! They are wearing no hair nets at all! Burgers also were soaked in grease…. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff! Will not return!
