They are always out of something important! Over the past 4-6 months this restaurant has been out of honey mustard, ketchup, napkins, frosties, and even cheese. This week my burger was cold, so I returned it only to get another cold one. It had shredded cheese on it. They were also out of honey mustard. The fries are cold half the time. Last week I was trapped in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting, waiting, waiting. I’m noticing that during the lunch hour there’s only one or two customers inside. Something needs to change before I go back!

Ordered a Frosty. Served with spoon and straw. I know why they give you a straw. It was more like a milkshake. Very thin and not as I've had before at other Wendy's stores.

I ordered a small fry, which came in either a Medium or Large container making it look half full. What I had wanted was the smallest size (apparently Jr. size) which must only have five fries in it.I ordered a plain cheeseburger for my son, and it was not plain.I ordered a large chili, and it was not hot enough to be safe to eat. Plus, the tomatoes had not been cooked down, so it was not pleasant to eat. It also doesn't come with cheese or sour cream (those are extra).

I guess this is typical of Wendy's these days, decent fast food burger, but likely only because of corporate food standard requirements because the workforce clearly had no interest in "earning" their paycheck.

The cleanest Wendy's I've ever been to. The service was the best ever. Food was hot. The restaurant was clean. The dining area was so clean. All the employees were friendly and not in a fake way.

Came in to order food and the manager was cursing a customer. The food was terrible. 2 people behind the counter was standing there playing on their phone.

So we stop in at Wendys in Fulton to get burgers and fries and at the window they told us the burger meat had to cook so I'm like thank God because who wants cold meat anyways right?! Then we get our food and the fries where cold. I go inside to ask for fresh fries and see what was literally the nastiest food prep area I believe I've ever seen. The floor was full of wasted grease that every employee was skating through because none of them had non slick shoes. The guy that was on the fryers was continuously asking what's wrong with the fries because the girl at the window ask for fresh fries till I just had to tell him they where cold. He still sent out three more orders of the cold fries out the window while I was waiting on the ones he dropped to come up. The guy that was fixing burgers was scrapping the bottom of a ketchup pan like more was going to magically appear without him restocking more. Finally when the fries where done the fry cook takes his sweater and clean off his face without changing his gloves and then dumps the fries. These people are so nasty and need to be reprimanded or fired because peoples health can and will be affected negatively by this kind of stuff. I work in a restaurant so I know all the violations that were happening on March the 22nd at 3pm
