Hardee's food is excellent.The reason for the 3 stars is the service.If this was a one-off incident, I wouldn't be pissed off.Constantly, orders are incorrect.Constantly, a long wait.Occasionally, I will drive 16 miles round-trip from my home, specifically for steak biscuits.Only to find chicken or sausage biscuits when I get home.Yes, I should check the order, but I shouldn't have to.A: I don't want to be the a** holding up the line while checking the order.B: I will have to wait in line again to ask for my correct order.C: I will have to wait even longer for my corrected order.Sometimes, the employees will forget you are waiting, and I will have to go through the process all over again.It's very frustrating!

Megan and Katie have really made a difference at this Hardees. I’ve been going to this Hardie for years and all you get is attitude even asking for the specials. Ever since Megan have been working drive-through. She has really made going to Hardee’s for breakfast ia better experience for my family and I that live here in the city, they really need to be recognized. Keep that positive energy wherever you go. Don’t let know one ever changed you.

This is by far the worst place I’ve eaten at. All of our burgers were pink inside..fries weren’t full they were barely full…service was not the greatest..we thought this was like a Carl’s Jr but boy we were wrong…so definitely will not be coming back to a Hardee’s and will not recommend this place to anyone..
