I went into Garfields for the first time yesterday. I asked for a Cosmo, and was told that the bartender refused to make it because she doesn't know how and had never heard of the drink. 1) What bar has a bartender that doesn't know how to make a Cosmo, and 2) it is clear that taking the two seconds to Google what is in one was too much for the bartender on duty. If you're looking for a place with food AND drinks, do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Kinda reminded me of Mac Authors out west, but a lot bigger with some straight down home food! Can't forget that good Ole hospitality they had!

I ordered a 23.99 steak and they charged me .50 extra for a baked potato, .49 extra for loaded....and a 1.00 extra for cranberry walnut salad ...I was very disappointed...potato cold and the sald didn't even have spinach in it...and the steak was tuff..

Took my grandchildren to this place to eat dinner. An employee seated us at a booth with a dirty table! I cleaned the table with some wipes I had in my purse. Our drink orders were taken and delivered to us promptly. That was the end of our service. We sat at our booth for almost thirty minutes and no one came to take our orders. We finally left. This is the second time this has happened.

I'm at this establishment right now and the service was terrible as well as the food. They were not even busy but took forever to bring out the food. Not how this usually is but it's constantly getting worse.

I’ve eaten at Garfield’s several times over the years, and the food and service had remained consistent. The bar is stocked and the Bartenders are nice and knowledgeable on how to mix drinks. If you go on the weekend, be prepared to a wait.. It’s a family friendly environment and the food is good! Enjoy!
