I thought I would try this place because recommendations the food was horrible! I ordered a skillet it came like it was someone else's and it had been sitting and they just reheated it, it took 25 minutes for the food, egg was supposed to be over medium it was hardboiled! obviously I sent it back I also think there was some bias!

Nice place and all but the service sucked! Waited for 30 min people were walking in and getting sat before us. Then finally get seated people getting drinks and food before us! What a waste of time! Get it together!

Food is decent, but I wish they had calorie/carb counts. Not a normal ask but because they offer diet based variety it seems like they should. Service and atmosphere are always fantastic.

Arrived and was told 15-20 minute wait. We actually waited over 45 minutes. Finally got seated in the upstairs dining area. Pretty small space, with lots of people packed in. It was very loud! We had a hard time having a conversation due to the very loud table of ladies behind us. There is an outdoor bar/dining area upstairs, but it was raining so unfortunately not being utilized. Looks like a great gathering place for a beautiful day. The food was really good and the service was great. Looking forward to going back when the weather is better.

Great coffee and kind server! Toast was short of 2 slices of cold bread. Eggs overcooked. Food needs to be prepared better.

Not to be confused with the blue dog paintings - the food here is amazing!!! I had the crab cake bene and ate every bite. Coffee is awesome too - best brunch!!!

Such a great little spot. We came through for work and tried Blue Dog for breakfast. Everything was excellent! The staff was all so friendly. The food was delicious. The coffee was outstanding. The atmosphere was really cool. Love the unique dog theme.If I ever find myself in town again, I'll make my way back to blue dog. If you happen to be in town looking for breakfast that isn't wafflehouse, make your way to blue dog!

The food wasn't bad. I got the big breakfast. Eggs were good. The hash was salty. Thin strips of bacon when the menu stated thick bacon. Pancakes were OK. Mine almost tasted a little doughy. Decent portions. $45 for two people that only included a coffee. No alcoholic beverage. You definitely have to ask what you want. They didn't offer jelly, salt and pepper, Tabasco. etc. restaurant look clean. Nice atmosphere if not noisy. I'd rather have good noisy than people yelling. Might try it again to see what their burger taste like. But they don't have regular fries.

We are in town for just a couple of days, decided to try the blue dog for breakfast. I can not put into words how much of an enjoyable experience we all had. The staff was amazing and so friendly. Somehow the food was even better. If you are driving through, or here for a couple of days I strongly suggest you give the blue dog a try!
