Hostess was very polite, while I was deciding on eating there. Customer service is rare, this day and time.

The food was good... Not bad, but not great either. The fish was a little thicker and the breading a tad too "crunchy" (not the delicate crispness I prefer), and a little bland for my tastes. The coleslaw was edible, though bland as well (more pronounced cabbage flavor), and freshly made. The biscuits were light and fluffy, on par with Cracker Barrel. The service was great, polite and speedy, and prices were on par for a restaurant. Overall, nothing was particularly bad, though nothing stood out as delicious either.

Have been here several times the last few years and had always been pleased until tonight. We eat out frequently, far more Han we should and have no problem paying a fair price for good food, friendly service, and a nice atmosphere in which to dine.I understand this is 2023 and things often change not to mention the cost of doing business however, the price per entree related to what we were served was not at all acceptable and we will not return. Two men for Dinner and we start off with 3 tea size biscuits and a small bowl of slaw neither of which were anything special. As you would imagine we had Catfish that was very small in size and quantity but very good as far as taste. When we ask for more fish it took far too long for it to be called All you Care to Eat! French fries were lukewarm and soggy, hush puppies were scarce and I must add I've had better from the Frozen Food section of Sam's and had to ask more than once for green onions. Overall not a favorable experience considering they were not busy at all for the Dinner hour on a Saturday night. When we ask for Louisiana Hot Sauce we were told they may or may not have any. Server returned later with a bottle nearly empty that clearly had been watered down. Writing Reviews is not something I enjoy but felt strong enough about this unpleasant visit that it should be documented for others to see and save themselves from this ridiculously overpriced meal. Again, the fish was hot and very good, the service was mediocre at best and not at all what we had experienced before but nothing else was acceptable.Sorry Charlie, at home with Tuna in a can would have been better.

Food was good, not worth the price unless you are actually there to eat a bunch at the all you can eat. Between 4 of us I think we ate 8 pieces for over $100. The fried pickles were fried too much, no pickle left.

Always good food, service, and atmosphere. ItIs hard to find pieces of the coast leftover from the '80's. So glad this restaurant has survived.

Only reason I rated it 4 star was bc the menu is small. Wish they had more to choose from. The shrimp and catfish were good tho!

This is a hidden gem in Gulfport! It is only open Friday and Saturday from 5-8. Food is amazing!! All you can eat catfish or chicken tenders. Everything is cooked to order. My chicken tenders were so fresh it burned my fingers to hold it. The biscuits are awesome!! 10/10 would recommend.
