One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any Chili’s!! We were immediately greeted and sat where we were promptly greeted by our waitress. The food came out quick and was very hot and tasty. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly and polite. I’ll definitely keep this Chili’s in mind when traveling in the future!

Came from Fridays, as their service was beyond poor so we just left. Ended of coming here and should of came here first. The service was excellent and everyone we encountered was so nice. The food was great as well and didn't take long at all. 10/10
The meal I recently had was one of the most disappointing in recent memory. Not only was it overpriced, but it also lacked flavor, with the exception of the somewhat decent chicken tenders. Both the steak and chicken were bland, giving the impression of being pre-packaged rather than freshly grilled. It's unfortunate to see such disregard for quality, with big food corporations prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction. Consider this a cautionary tale before spending your hard-earned money there.
The entire experience was bizarre. Stood up front waiting for 5 minutes until a server gathered up 3 groups of us and moved us to tables. I ordered something called "Classic Nachos" and what I got was these weird orange colored huge chips with some sort of bean and cheese on them. With a tiny bit of Pico, sour cream, and a tiny bit of lettuce. Will Not eat there again.

Sunday night, not super busy but decent amount of people, no wait to get a table for 7. Service was really good, fast and friendly. Food wasn't perfect but tasted fine. I've been to chilies quite a few times over the years. This one was right on par, not over the top but not horribly either. The last time I visited this location, the parking lot looked like a trashcan fell over and wind blew trash everywhere. I didn't notice anything of the sort this time.
I had not been to the Chili's in Gulfport prior to this visit, but I have been to many others across the United States. This was undoubtedly probably the best Chili's I have been in - EVER. The staff were so friendly. Our server helped other members in my party to pick items & even offered suggestions on how to get an item they wanted & how to save a little money. I wish I could name drop my server, but unfortunately, I forgot her name. The food came out quickly, hot & was very tasty! I was very impressed by this location!
Chili's has been 1 of our favorite restaurants when we lived in Athens, GA. This Chili's is no different. We love the food and service. It is a great treat for us to eat there. Fantastic!

Very disappointing, my wife and I flew in from Florida, stopped for steak meals and I must say the food had no flavor. The steaks were chewy and none of the sides had seasoning/flavor. As well steaks, no flavor and a waist of 100$. Disappointing, I wouldn't recommend this place. We won't won't back.

They don't believe in heat. So cold fingers about froze off. Was out of a lot off food including their famous queso skillet. But manager did give us 10 off because of it.Food we did get was good.
