My husband is currently wanting for a pickup order at the restaurant, the order was placed 20 minutes before he arrived, yet he’s been waiting for an additional half hour. We purchased the order with a coupon we received after signing up for the app, and you can clearly tell from the previous reviews, why coupons were sent out. Additionally, when he arrived, the staff ignored him because they were apparently working on a larger, more important, catered order. There’s no amount of discount or apology that can fix the service received here. Just find another restaurant.

If this is how all Dickey’s restaurants are, I probably won’t visit another one ever again.I get there, there are only 3 employees working. Not a big deal, except people were waiting in line and no orders were being taken. A gentleman who later placed an order said he had waited over 30mins (not sure if he was exaggerating but honestly it was starting to feel that way). After I got my order, the employee who was taking orders started complaining to another customer about how they haven’t had a break and they were over it. A lady then asked about replenishing the sweetened iced tea and the employee manning the register whipped out his phone and slowly walked to get it.There was just no sense of urgency or any interest to provide decent service and I can’t tell if it’s a staffing issue or if this is normal, and people have just grown used to it. All I can say is that I will likely never visit this location again.

Two terrible experiences at this location. Both involved take-out catering. The first episode involved forgotten items in a takeout order placed at least a day or two in advance. The order was haphazardly put together in real time upon pick up and then items were discovered to be missing after the fact. Second episode was a bit more extensive and involved not filling out a moderately large catering order placed a day in advance. Upon checking in at the counter, we were greeted by a senior staff member and told her that we had a pick-up order. She then stated that she wasn't ready, and no one had told her that the catering order was to be prepared for pick-up. We were then ignored while other customers were checked out while the staff struggled to make the credit card unit process payments correctly. After approaching the counter again, we asked if the order was to be fulfilled and were then told hastily that it was going to be put together (she was complaining the entire time). They rejected a few other customers after because they were stressed. We were then handed our order later without any acknowledgement. Food industry is stressful, but this was a mess.

I went in to order a brisket dinner. No one helped me. I stood at the register for 15 minutes, and no one else was in the lineThey kept walking by stopping when other people came up to the register.. I was totally ignored. I turned around and walked out they didn't respond or anything.

This is for the Gulfport and D’Iberville, MS restaurants. We have always enjoyed Dickey’s and frequented the Gulfport location regularly. It started getting so nasty and dirty we decided to change to D’Iberville location. It is also nasty and dirty. Both locations need a deep cleaning. If the food wasn’t good we would never go back. We certainly will not eat in either dining room

The food was excellent at this Dickies. The service was pretty good as well. The brisket, ribs, and sausage were a winner. The potatoe casserole us a must try. The fried okra was the best I have ever had.Parking: 18 wheelers can fit as well

I’ve door dashed this place a few times. Sometimes, it’s good. The side are awesome, meat is always a bit dry.. but hey, load that joker up with some sauce and call it a day. There’s really no options around here for good BBQ.Sometimes though, I swear it’s like they open up a can of green beans, heat it up, no seasonings no bacon, just hospital grade sides served.Whoever is in the kitchen, yall know what I’m talking about. Yall should just tell me you’re out or something, no one wants that.

The food was absolutely horrible ? the brisket was tough dry and burnt-but the pull pork was a hit. Coleslaw had no taste...bbq beans were not bbq'ing. Then they overcharged me. Now explain to me how you are in the business of bbq and don't have ribs?
