Worst customer service … ordered food 40 mins ago … first they couldn’t find my order , the app said it was being prepped at 910 by jewel and I arrived at 940 and my food was not ready nor did they know anything about … the girl was rude to me and acted like it was my fault they don’t got it together

I ordered and they said it would be 30 min and gave me the total. They never showed up. I called them and hour later and they sat they don't have my order listed and it's too last now they don't deliver after dark. I will never order from them again. I went to little ceasers.

Ordered multiple times. Some good, some bad. Ranging from poor quality, cold food, wrong order delivered, rude staff.It comes and goes with time, just depends on who’s working if they’re busy etc.Don’t expect to get an order redelivered hot. It will be cold. Recommend to pickup if possible, otherwise take your chance if your pizza will be good or trash.

It was my first visit and the cashier was very friendly, he had a great smile and he helped me to pick the best kind of crust. It was a great experience.

The manager on 02/19/24 around 9:45pm hung up the phone in my face! I had requested delivery to Island View Casino but the driver took the pizza back to the office. I merely was trying to find out what and why it happened. The manager went into great details with her branch problems: "I'm not staffed. I have 10 orders to get out. We'll get there when we can. Etc." I said, "Ma'am that's not why I'm calling. I'm just checking to see if my order will be brought back or do I need to pick it up." She went on to tell me that the casino hadn't had orders to be brought up since 2020 and on and on. She then hung up on me. I don't think the manager even understood the purpose of my call. Is this how Dominos treat their customers?

Put an order in to be ready by 11:30. Watched on the tracker that the driver (STEVEN) made another delivery first then went back to Domino's but the food tracker said the food had been delivered, but it had not. We called to store. They said he should be on his way and he accidently hit the complete button. Fifteen minutes later we called again. They were rude. Steven was rude. This location sucks. I wish I could get my credit card tip back.

Ordered a pizza online and there was no option for extra Buffalo sauce. Called in the the guy, did not catch his name, was very polite and said he would take care of it. Pizza arrived surprisingly fast and was exactly like I wanted. Great service!!!!

Whoever answers the phone for customers needs a class on customer service. If he don’t like his job he should get a new one. But to be rude to paying customers is crazy, we didn’t hire him nor did we tell him to apply so his frustrations should be taken out on whatever is bothering him but not the customers!

After placing my order I waited until domino’s tracking said my order was ready and I pulled up to the window and was told they lost my order don’t have time for this. Bad business ready to go elsewhere!!!

They left the store with my order at 10:33, at 10:45 I checked my GPS and it said it was a 7 minute drive with traffic at that current time. . . . Yet, here I am, at 10:55, still waiting on the pizza. . . . how bizarre ?
