Earned a free pizza and decided to redeem it after accumulating my points. Order went in the oven and was made and when I came to pick it up he lied and said it wasn’t ready and I’d have to wait because it’s a free pizza and they were busy. Said what I saw on the app wasn’t accurate because it’s an automated process as if I’ve never order from dominos before. Clearly lied to my face like I was stupid. Terrible service, guy looked like he ate my pizza tbh.

Customer service is sub-par. Appears dominos does not equip management with the necessary tools or policies to ensure customer satisfaction. Tried to order a pizza for over an hour just to have orders cancelled. Called in. Management would not honor or fulfill my original orders. Management kept suggesting there was an error on my part. I’ve ordered before. Saved address. No resolution was offered. Still hungry. No pizza.

I usually order from this dominos but not anymore. I’ve been coming here quite a while now and every other time there would be an issue. This time I found a piece of hair in my food and I went up there and told him and he remade it for me came back home and I look in my food there is another piece of hair! I will never order from this dominos again! I wish I took pics but I was so upset that I didn’t.UPDATE: got food poisoning from here and it has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Never again.

When a customer comes to the window and the pickup aisle, you should think about acknowledging them instead of just staring at them blankly... And when they say their name, instead of just shutting the window and walking off have something to say...They also apparently don't take $100 bills, yet nowhere is it posted that they don't. And when I mention something about them not having that posted, the guy shrugs and tells me "it says it somewhere"Second visit to this location in both times I've had to deal with somebody who did not want to be there.

Refused to cook my wings twice when I asked. The driver was very rude when she called to tell me the address was wrong on my order. If I hadn’t already paid for the pizza I would have canceled the whole order. Need a little more training on customer service.

Mixup on App Order on my part. Go-worker went to pick up and it was under my given first name and not my middle name as she knows me, so no order was there under that name.Of course no one thought to go by last name? Surely this has happened before? A phone call to their Sister location proved to be MOST uncaring or helpful and reprimanded me for calling a second time by mistake. A kind word and being helpful would go along way for this location. A call to the correct location was very helpful with all ending well.

I have ordered from this location for over ten years and the service has been stellar. However for some reason I am unable to get delivery from the online system even though it is less than 5 miles from the location. What is the purpose of offering delivery when they don't go 5 miles from the store? I can only assume that the corporate office does not care because they failed to respond to the issue or even have the courtesy to respond.
