My recommendation is stay away from this place the customer and the owner bow need to be removed. This in the cedar lake location are the worst to buy anything. All you get is rude customer service that's all you get at these locations and hair in your food that has roaches also in my food. I have reported it numerous times to the corporate office and they will not do anything about it maybe they'll do something and people will stop go into these locations

I stop 4-5 per week between school drop off's for an Iced coffee. I love my girl that's at the window early in the morning. I don't have to say my name- she just gets my mobile order for me and it's always correct.

Stood in the lobby for a bit because I had never been to a kiosk order only store, and the workers didn't point out right away that ordering had to be done through it. Then, the add-ins and choice selection for Munchkins weren't even options on kiosk, so I ended up still having to verbally order at the counter anyway.

I’ve been waiting in line at the drive-through for over 15 minutes it is now 7:14 in the stores not open it if it’s open at 7 AM. This is a new store drive-through for five mobile at home and there is no one in the store so like in the service area. Look for the owners.

Worst donuts and service EVER! We ordered half dozen berry filled and half dozen custard filled with chocolate icing. We got 6 glazed and 6 with only ahint of chocolate on top. What’s wrong with this place??

Bro this has to be my worst experience with Dunkin’ ever any time I would ask for something I just was told no then when I asked if I could get anything food wise I was jus told no not a sir or a sorry or thank you in sight fire everyone an restart this is ridiculous we lost our big store for this small one an can’t even get good service ridiculous I just wanted a small snack
This Dunkin is a whole mess. The coffee isn't bad but the donuts are an absolute joke. Tell me why the none of the donuts we got are barely iced. Bostom creme, chocolate frosted and the chocolate glazed munchkins all looked like they drove by the icing truck and have the essence of icing. Just really disappointing.
