This morning went here for breakfast only to bite into my croissant and a black strand of hair was in the breakfast sandwich. I proceeded to return it and get a refund. The manager nor staff didn’t have enough hospitality to apologize for what happened or ask to remake the sandwich. I will not eat here again. I never like leaving reviews about any Business but hopefully they can correct this before the staff cause this locations to shutdown.

Bagel bites served frozen. Very rude server. When we were putting our drinks down in the car she tried handing over the food when we didn’t immediately get the food she closed the window and put them back on the counter. The original server was fine but the one helping her was awful.

Walked into a completely empty store. No one inside/no drive through. 2 employees working. Neither bothered to greet me or wait on me for several minutes. American businesses are in absolute decline due to terrible customer service. You think you can treat your customers like garbage. A major reckoning is coming, & absolutely deserved.I walked out, never to return.

It actually really sucks that this is how I feel about this place now because it used to be my favorite place to get coffee on the daily. Now, I stop by maybe once every two weeks or so and they ALWAYS mess up my order. There is no repeating. Rarely any totals given—which never seem consistent. And like I said, my coffee is NEVER how I ask for it. It could be the milk used or the flavor…but it’s always screwed up. I also feel like the person at the window shouldn’t look absolutely miserable with their life or I dunno…respond to the customer when asked how they’re doing or just regular small talk as Im giving you money. Just my thoughts. And regular experience. There’s maybe one employee that I’d recognize that never messed up my order, repeats my order, and is very friendly.

Potatoes were so soggy and tasted…well, strange. The coffee was 90% milk. The donuts were pretty standard for Dunkin. Not my favorite, but they were pretty consistent with other donuts I’ve had from other Dunkin locations. The girl practically flew accross the counter to pull our card out of the chip reader because my boys grabbed a drink out of the cooler after she had rung up the total. I asked if it was okay just to pay separately because I thought she was going to fly over the countertop. It was really strange. And lastly—every single menu screen inside was out. HDMI connection codes were displayed all over each screen, so you couldn’t see a menu to order. Save your money, your time, and your tastebuds!

Maybe some of their other coffee is good, but not the Iced Latte. Anytime you get it here it's always 80% milk, and tastes like you're drinking milk with a hint of the Latte. It's always the worst. Used to be good when they knew how to do it, but now it's just consistently

We just went though this location and the lady tending the window and speaker never once gave us a total. We got to the window and she held out her hand for our card still not telling a total nor greeting us. She then handed back the card without a receipt, we are still unsure what we just got charged for. It shouldn't be the customers responsibility to ask for this information. Drink is great though, customer service was not there at all.

Served cold single donuts!! Customer service was just as dry and cold as the donuts… dunk yourself in some holy oil and start 2024 over again because this isn’t it!

I have been visiting Gulfport for about 4 days now and have visited this Dunkin everyday. I am new to Dunkin as there isn't one where I live. I must say this store does need some better seating. However, the workers were all so friendly and food was great. Most of all I have discovered a new favorite drink and they have made it superbly consistently. Thank you Gulfport Dunkin.
