This location needs to learn proper food handling and hand washing procedure. Observed several employees playing with the food or touching their body and dirty rags. It doesn't matter that you're wearing gloves if you are not changing them after you touch yourself, your cell phone or dirty rags.

Sandwiches should be more melted , juicy such a real steam sandwich. I visited many Firehouse Restaurants in others states, this is the only one that serves pretty dry sandwiches. Stems sandwiches should be very juicy with or without sauce, the key is the cheese and the time of steam the sandwiches. Garlic bread is soggy, very disappointed ?

Was going to order on the app for the 50% off after 6pm deal. App says the store is closed at 6:18pm and I call. They are open but closed on app so they don’t have to honor the deal. An employee told me this. How sorry is that?

The food is always pretty good, but the service is so iffy. I've been here many a times and it's always a great experience or it's terrible. And don't bother making to go orders on the app unless you're going to check immediately. They have a bad habit of leaving things out and then being rude when you point it out.

I have never had a bad experience here until the last 2 times I have went once for a door dash order I was picking up 2 weeks ago the staff was rude and unprofessional and my dash order was late but yesterday which was a Saturday really is why we are here they have a new pork coleslaw sandwich they are promoting which they don’t have the slaw for ? Please tell me how I am supposed to order a sandwich with the other half missing and that clearly was not the first time someone tried to order the sandwich cause the sweet young man tall fella asked the girl beside him if they was still out of slaw and she got aggravated and said yes ! If your promoting a new product that people are going to order more of you should have back up ingredients prepped in the back you would think but clearly not today so needless to say I left with no Delicious sandwich.

Really enjoyed our subs. Definitely will be back. I had the special, king's Hawaiian pork & slaw sandwich. Was a a great tasting sandwich. My husband had the roast beef sub.
So it was my very first time at FireHouse Subs…I didn’t have a clue what to get….I been hearing amazing things about them how good the food is how sweet the staff is until I saw it with my own eyes. A young Man named Caeen freestyle my sub for me and it was delicious ? I don’t have a clue what he put on it but he definitely surprised my tastes buds. I just wanted to say Thank you for the Delicious sun you made for me .Kid-friendliness: They welcomed me in…and freestyle me a sub they where so sweet about it

I go to firehouse subs all the time, I order my usual hook and ladder. No lettuce, tomato, onions or mustard and I add black olives. I sure as hell didn’t order EXTRA mayonnaise, but looks like they decided to give me an abundance of it anyways and give me just 7 black olives I counted…I got to work and threw the entire sandwich away. This location is starting to remind me of the Biloxi location which has gone down hill in my opinion. I’ll stick with the new ocean springs location from now on. I doubt I’ll return here anytime soon if ever.
