Omg can't believe they are in business. Poor staff unbelievably slow people are walking out just a poorly run business. Owners wake up why do you hire these type of workers without no supervision.

If it wasn't for Dyana Cramer, this review would've gone a lot differently. I made an order to be delivered to my husband by Feb 13. Today is Feb 19 and the cookies still weren't delivered. Checked the order and they somehow were being shipped from Tennessee and hadn't moved since Feb 13. I called the store in Gulfport, explained everything to Dyana and she was able to fix the issue within an hour and it wasn't even her store's fault!! She even personally brought my husband his cookies (he's quarantining so he couldn't pick them up). Thank you Dyana for turning a not so great experience into a wonderful one! I hope you get a raise!!

What I received... what I thought cake would look like. If you’re thinking of ordering a cake at this location... pick another location. They will not have your cake ready when you come pick up the order. Employee is rude. I wanted a refund instead of waiting over an 30 mins for the employee to give her best hand at the cake.... which is posted here. I was very late to this dinner arrangement that was an hour away due to this error. Oh and not once was an apology given for their mistake of not having the cake either.

So I ordered a cake ready for pickup, I show up to the location and no employees around. I started saying hello a few times.... employee never comes to the front until about 7 mins after I've been standing there.... this was no where close to closing hours so I know it wasn't because the store was about to be close. She finally comes to the front and goes rudely can I help you? I'm here to pick up a cake and she goes.... what cake? I'm like the cake I ordered online for pick up. She goes we don't have that cake. I tell her okay I paid for it already can I get a refund.. she tells me I don't know how to do that and says she needs to call manager.... gets on phone doesn't get me a refund and proceeds to go decorate a cake which I know she didn't know how to do.... 30 mins later I'm already running very late to my dad's birthday dinner that is an hour away from the location. Instead of offering my refund she attempts her hand at cake decorating which I knew she did not know how to do from her staring at the computer screen so much to see what the cake suppose to look like. She couldn't even get the icing on the edges correctly and I see how hard she was struggling. I tell her you know what I can't wait any longer does the cake say happy birthday grandpa on it? Just box the cake and I'll just take it. Since basically a refund was out the question when I asked for it when they didn't have the cake ready. Oh she didn't know how to box the cake either.... she puts the cake in the box, however she closes the lid on the cake where it messes up the icing instead of properly closing the cake box. At this point the cake already looks horrible... how much worse can it be was what I kept telling myself? I'll post the example of what I thought I was suppose to get when ordering and an after picture of what I waited for so long to get.... I was very late to this dinner. What ever happen to saying I'm sorry instead of being so rude to the customer ??? It wasn't my fault the cake I ordered online was not completed by the establishment on the time it was promised for. Now if you would have just given me the refund from the beginning like I had asked for because y'all did not have this cake ready instead of having me show up an hour late from my dinner plans with the cake shown below I would not be posting this Yelp review..I think my 5 year old would have had a better attempt at the cake decorating. I will never ever order a cake from this location ever again.

Very accommodating and went above and beyond for me! I ordered a cookie cake for my little boy's birthday and gave them free rein on the decoration. I only told them "Monster Truck on top". They made the perfect Monster Truck cake! He loved it! Thank you!

All cookies are good, except for the sprinkles cookies. You will definitely have a bad taste left in your mouth. They're putting in to much of something. I used to love the sprinkles cookies.
