Broccoli and cheese was great, the horseradish roast beef sandwich was not. The roast beef was hard, and there was no horseradish on it.

When we go back and visit the coast and family, we love going back to this place. We are already missing their sandwiches.. open one in Natchez!! It's also a great price compared to other sandwich shops now and it tastes so much better.. we love this chainObviously the people and cleanliness and such all change based on location with a chain but this one in Gulfport MS is a great location!

Very good and prepared quickly.Went back today, a few months later, and what a disappointment. Got a club sandwich - no lettuce, a lottle cheese and a couple of pieces of bacon and a small slice of tomato.

Ordered dinner delivery 10/5/23 through the McCallister app but only received half the order. Called and they tell me the missing bag of food is still at the store, but sorry, not their problem. That’s on a 3rd party delivery service, Even though I paid them to deliver and they should verify the pick ups!! Manager offered no apology, no compensation, nothing except “we can make you another order on another day”. Unreal! What does that even mean! Ridiculous and pathetic guest service.
