Yall didn't put the nuggets in the chicken nugget happy meals (like be fr) and then once we got our food, you put 2 10 peice nugget orders in a single 20 piece box (lazy) AND our food was cold. My husband had to drive back up there just to get the nuggets for the happy meals in the pouring rain.

Took 7 minutes just to place my order at the drive through. Once i ordered i ordered a basket of fries and 4 nuggets. It took another 6 minutes of impatiently waiting looking around to see how many was in front of us in line. (There was 1 car). When I received my order I tell them I ordered a basket of fries not a large fry. The lady at the window flagged down her manager who came to the window and explained that not every chain has the basket of fries. Why wouldn't they explain that to us as we were ordering??? The large fries cost $5. Wow. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Every time we go here they pull you in to a spot because they are not efficient on making food here. Fries cold and so is food. Sat for 30 minutes waiting on a happy meal after going in 2 times to let staff know I was still waiting on food. Staff laughed when I said I was going to call in a complaint. Very unprofessional environment and employees as well.

Because this one is 24/7, I pulled in at 11pm and when I ordered my food and said that I would like it fresh, the employee’s response was “You’re lucky we’re open there’s three of us here”. Immediately canceled my order and drove off. If you want to be met with a horrible attitude, then this is for you.
