It says you are open 24hours and was verified three weeks ago on the times, but here we are closing at 1030pm? then having people sit at the back window, WHICH IS LOCKED , and not do yalls job but sit around and talk? please be so fr while you have a line out to the road waiting on food, then shutting all the lights off while blocking off the entrance. Also, Food is cold 8/10 times toy get it and 9/10 times it’s always wrong ?

This place needs to be closed for good. The place is dirty and smells. They never have enough people working. So, you will never get to order or even get your food if you order via the app. They will turn the kiosk off so that you can't order food. The people that do work there are rude and should be on the street and not trusted to provide a service to the customers. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of what they are allowing to happen in there. McDonald's needs to step in and take this location over. Either that or Loves Travel Center needs to kick McDonalds out and have something better move in. Oh, and the sign outside now reads hiring 15 year old's. That alone tells you the type of people the owners want working there. Underage children that have zero work ethic and will accept really low pay. No wonder this place is ran the way it is.

Went 2 times this month... February 2024. Both Drive thru orders- had to go park and wait.First time my hi-c orange was a diluted light orange water and my big Mac bun was rock hard. Did the contact them on the app and got an email saying the complaint was closed out ?.Second time I ordered a hamburger kids meal with a large hi-c and when I got a small I told the woman it was supposed to be a large she told me kids meals don't come with a large, but I paid the upcharge for the large, in the end I was done arguing and left with a small.This place needs to get their act together from people, food and management (from the email).

I needed a milkshake, chocolate, but when I saw the Shamrock shake available. I ordered the large! I was afraid ours in Foley, Al wasn't doing them this year!! Mmm, it was so good on my road trip back home! Thank you!, oh, I also got a hamburger, plus they are one of those that has a kiosk.
It was a circus, not that busy and they had 8 cars pulled up waiting for food...told me to pull up sumwhere and lady had to search for me to gimme my food. I won't be
