I went last night after a long day at work and this visit was great! I can’t remember my servers name but she was great! Connie maybe idk I’m sorry lol I got the veggie burger for the first time and it’s so good and it’s big. I’m currently eating it the next day and it’s still good. (Next day photos) Fries were good as well. I also had a strawberry margarita with tequila $13. This meal will be a go to of mine. I’m not a vegetarian but I’m not a fan of a lot of meats either so this was a perfect substitute.

We were mid-way into our trip back to Texas from South Carolina and stayed in Gulfport MS, Mugshots was right there accross the street from the hotel so we gave them a chance, and it did not disappoint ! Oh, and did I mention they have ICE COLD Mugs of draft beer, being from Texas when it's 100 deg outside, a cold beer is very much appreciated...... Give them a (Mug) Shot! ;}Kid-friendliness: There were a few kids in there from a little league team, this place doesn't seem to be rowdy. Lots of sports on the TV's!

We rarely get a chance to go to Mugshots, but did today and it was GREAT! Our server was so nice and professional, the burgers were just plain good, and a very pleasant experience overall.
Group of 7. Server was friendly and helpful. Food was very good and prices were reasonable. Restaurant was clean and comfortable, not cold. Will visit again.
Used to be good but has gone downhill. Burgers aren't as tasty anymore. Service has been awful the last four times I've been. Usually has something playing way too loud so that you can't hear the people you are with.

Didn't appreciate to be told a 40-45 min wait only to be called in 5 minutes. But everything after that was great, food and service.
My shrimp pasta was served cold in a warm bowl. When I mentioned it being cold, the waitress stated well i can give u some Alfredo to take home. Like I wanted to pay for a hot meal to heat in my microwave at the hotel! I was pissed..it left a feel8ng and I dont care how many baseball tournaments we co.e back for we will never eat at this location again

My second time going to this place since moving to Gulfport, MS. The first time, there was only another party besides us. We ordered 2 burgers, the fries were the most memorable item but the burgers were good. However what stuck with me was how long it took for the burgers to come out, specially since there was only 2 parties in the entire restaurant.Today we arrived and we saw the restaurant was busy, not super busy, but it had a few parties and one large party seated outside. We sat at the bar and placed our orders and waited while watching the TV's. 30+ mins later the waitress approached us saying that it will be just a bit longer cause there was a few parties ahead of us. I decided to ask her to find out how long it would take as it had been over 30 mins. After returning from the kitchen she stated there was 5 parties in front of us... WTH??Now I don't know if the cooks are just slow, or if she forgot to hit send on our order, or whatever reason, but it should not take an hour to get 2 burgers out in a BURGER JOINT! What makes it worse is, she could have told us in the beginning the wait would be that long so we know if we wanted to stay or leave. Sad because the burgers aren't bad, and in Gulfport there aren't much restaurants to choose from but we will not be going back. So to whoever reads this, make sure you have ample time if you decide to visit.
