Went to Popeyes in Wiggins last weekend, purchased the fish sandwich and was amazed with the service and the sandwich, decided to try another at the Gulfport location, oh my goodness the service through the window was horrible, along with the fish sandwich. Burnt bun, cold fish, and enough tartar sauce to coat three sandwiches. My suggestion is to stay away from the Gulfport location.

What I ordered vs. what I got was terrible (PLEASE click on the photo). And, it was so spicy (not advertised as such) that it made me ill. I contacted customer service, who allegedly forwarded my concern to the restaurant. No one from the restaurant ever reached out, so I’ll just sit this here. No need to contact me now.

I showed up about 15 minutes before they close, only because i had just gotten off a 10 hour shift and was starving and craving chicken tenders from popeyes. When i got there, there was people in the parking lot and inside so i went through the drive through and a guy told me they’re out of chicken. I said “out of chicken?!” because how are you going to be a restaurant who’s biggest sales are…well…chicken. It’s legit 90% of the damn menu. How much you wanna bet they just were lazy and wanted to stop making chicken because they don’t wanna clean it up or make a new batch. Whatever.
