I have ordered here for years. My latest experience had flung all of that to the wayside. I ALWAYS order ahead online. I hate waiting. When I arrived, the kid behind the counter had lost my order. When he went to make it while I waited, a PARADE of people came in, ALL of which he tended to while I SAT THERE! After dropping several "F"-bombs VERY audibly and steadily cursing the make-line, he got to me, after 30 minutes of waiting!!!! He made the sandwich wrong plus they didn't have several ingredients for it to begin with. This was the most horrifying customer service of such epic proportions, it'll be a LONG time before I go back to a subway. I went in several days later and brought my concerns to the assistant manager and she disclosed that he had been trained, retrained, and remediated me real times. So... this is clearly an ongoing issue. If Subway doesn't care enough about their customers to leave this pestilence of a worker there ALONE to be inflicted upon unwary customers, then screw them. They don't deserve my money.

I should have cooked. This may be some moronic company policy and not the fault of the busy employees who in my frequent visits have been great. I stopped in under an hour ago, roughly 2:20. There was a line which I accept. One small group just finishing and paying, then a family of 7, I counted. Following the 7 was another family of I believe 6 so I waited about 20 minutes stepped up to order and suddenly two tickets from the APP pop up. I asked if they were going to do those tickets after I had been standing ion line for about 20 minutes. I was told "we have to". I simply said Bye and left. No you dont have to take those first, use some common sense and when someone who is the last customer waiting, take care of them. I strongly suspect one of those APP orders was a young woman who drove up long after I had been waiting sat in her car about five minutes probably placing her order finally entered and stood over by the register indicating she was waiting for an order to go. As I said the employees there have always been great, I have no animosity toward them but having to follow idiotic orders with no latitude for good judgement isnt bringing me back for some time

The employees were super friendly and I received my food in just a few minutes. It's a brand new building so the store looks really nice inside and was clean.

Location is hard to get to, difficult to find the road to access it. Staff were great, very polite and accommodating. I will be going back to this particular store. They are moving, in the next couple of weeks, to the other side of Cowan-Lorraine road. Also, very clean.
