This has to be the worse subway/ restaurant in general that I have ever been to. The workers are extremely rude and slow. They will sit outside, smoke cigarettes and say they will be inside in just a little, there on the phone with their kids. “As if they are not on the clock”. I’ve been plenty of times and waited in line & then forces to have the workers come from outside just to do their job and then they complain about that. It’s overall dirty, lacks customer service. Being that I live 5 minutes away, I’ve been there many times. They can not keep employees and people that they are hiring does not even care about the customers!

They too much in a hurry, some are very rude . Some barely put anything on sub, a salad, they are very stingy . The price we pay for a salad that is only half the depth of a takeout bowl is very disappointing. Subways use to be all about the customers. Now it's like the employees act like they buy everything. They are stingy .

The employees are rude and Very disrespectful. I was hung up on, my sandwich was wrong and they have curbside for this store but do not do curbside. The employees refused to tell me when the manager was gonna be in and refused to fix my sandwich correctly because I left the store. How was I supposed to know they messed up my order.

Pass this Subway by! There are better places to eat who will serve you your money's worth. The sandwich I got today was the worst Subway I have ever had. The portions were seriously underweight. The bread was stale. Service was slow and disinterested. It is my opinion that this store's business model is to shortchange travelers since it is close to the I-10 interchange. I don't believe this Subway could survive on repeat customers. I will never go back even though I am often in the area.

T&D Professsional Tree Removal

Woman wanted to make EVERYONE'S sandwich before finishing one. Time we got our food after toasting it, it was COLD. Told her twice vinegar on Half, but she wasn't listening and put on while sandwich. Then wanted to argue with us about getting our sandwich done and check out so we could go to our prior appointment which she caused us to be late. No one in there when we walked in but she wanted to serve 3 at the same time instead of cashing us out. Even next customer told her she could finish ours up. Very Unhappy with her professionalism. I get she was by herself but she could've went a better route.

I know this place always has a “Now Hiring” sign up. But can we please not hire someone who doesn’t understand what a sandwhich is.I spent a good 15 minutes with the employee trying to figure out whether I ordered one or two subs. It was one…Every step I had to explain how this sub making process works. I now want my $9.58 for teaching an employee how to make my sub. Or Atleast make this self service and save everyone the time.
