There's some 50 year old cretin who makes my Mexican pizza wrong every single time. Even when i tell him he argues with me, makes it wrong again and then has to make it a 3rd time. He has literally never made it right one time. It's super easy, no beans, no tomatoes, easy on the sauce

i would give this a lower rating but i’d feel bad. i ordered two potato soft tacos, a chalupa, a doritos locos taco, two chicken burritos, and two cinnamon twists. it was an online order and i went through the drive through. got to the speaker and the girl was struggling to tell me everything that they didn’t have available. i could barely understand her so after about 3 minutes of her explaining what they were out of, i told her the name for my order. another girl came onto the speaker and said they couldn’t make the potato tacos or the chalupa. she said they could give me three soft tacos instead. i didn’t realize that i paid $7-8 for the tacos and chalupa, and that soft tacos were only about a $1. so i lost about $4 for some gross soft tacos that were tiny and thrown together messily. got my food and went home, realized i only got one of the chicken burritos i ordered. bad experience, lost about $6-7 worth of my money that they just gave me cheap options for or just completely left out of my bag. the cinnamon twists were good as usual though. pro tip, if you make an online order, don’t pick it up from this taco bell. this has happened to me so many times, im going to the one further down 49 from now on.

Just like any other fast food, you HAVE to check your food before you leave, never fails something is missing or wrong. Other than that, it's a taco bell....

Do not waste your time here. The customer in front of me and myself both waited 20 minutes for our food. The manager Ricky is extremely rude and does more to distract the workers than help. He never took my name when I ordered and when my food was finally ready, the young lady who made it had no idea who to give it to and he screamed out across the store that she needed to figure it out herself. He completely ignored me when I asked repeatedly if it was mine. The unprofessionism of this individual was mind boggling the entire time I was there. To top it all off, I observed Ricky using the restroom WITHOUT washing his HANDS!!!! The owner obviously spent a lot of money with the recent renovation, which I appreciate, but it is lost on the imbecile who runs it. There are way too many places to eat on 49 to have to ever go here again. I am a big fan of Taco Bell, but I I refuse to spend money here again. From someone who has worked every facet of the restaurant business for many years, the disorganization was painful to see because the girls working the line were obviously working really hard but were being held back and confused by very poor management. I really hope this review gets back to whomever owns this location. I hate to see a local business suffer.

So it seems this Taco Bell location has gone rogue for over a year now. This place is a disaster. I'm positive that this place is actually making Taco bell lose money as a company because the employees here are so bad and they have been getting away with it for over a year. Tons of reviews talk about how they get skimped on meat, getting very little or none at all. Employees are awful and rude. This has been happening consistently for a long time and I honestly think the upper management has given up. Otherwise, how can a restaurant be so consistently bad yet the same employees are still there earning a paycheck?I've noticed how empty the drive thru is for this place most of the time. Every time I see somebody in line at night, I feel sorry for them. I know they're going to end up scammed out of their money and give terrible service because "how dare they want to eat here"...I can't wait for this place to get shut down.

A lot of money goes a very little way at this place. Let's look at the chicken chipolte melt. For almost 3 dollars, you get about 1/8 cup of food wrapped in a small tortilla shell that can be eaten in about 3, maybe 4 bites. It tastes good, but not worth the serving portion size for the money. Customer service is OK. The facility accessibility is good, though the main road does have heavy traffic at times.

Question?? How tf are you out of beef rn? Pull up and wait 30 mins in the parking lot ? lol. Okay . Yeah , I’ll pull up and leave y’all a review . EVERYTIME I come here YALL (this location ONLY) don’t have a important item on the menu. The management here IS NOT DOING their job properly. ITS YOUR JOB TO KNOW inventory. Fire the night manager and get someone who knows what they are doing . I worked at a Taco Bell before. THE BEEF IS ALREADY COOKED AND IN BAGS. You gotta place them in The pans with the hot water. Your place of business needs to do better !
