Remodel is very nice, but food doubled in price and went down 1/2 the size. Staff is friendly, but they do it all. One person to work inside, drive thru, run cash registers, and package food. And if you go inside you have to order thru a kiosk. Kiosk are fine if that is how you want to roll, but if I wanted to wait on myself I would cook at home.

Food was good but more importantly was the overall customer service experience. We met a young lady from Kenya. There was a little wait but she handled everything exceptionally and offered a drink while I waited. Best $25 I’ve spent.
Messed my order up so badly. Did the person in front of me also. When I was looking for the quesadilla a young lady aggressively tried to yell. I smiled realizing the situation so I gave her all the food back and said God bless you ma’am I’m not about to yell as a Christian and she calmed down afterwards. To defuse the situation I said, “I must have misspoke because I know it’s impossible for you to make a mistake. So I obviously made the mistake.” I’ll never go back to this location. Hope God fixes her pain inside but she needs more training.

Currently waiting over 30 minutes for three burritos. After I asked where my order was, they told me they already made it and asked me to wait a bit longer. It's not even particularly busy, the drive thru line is a step away from barren and the four customers that have came in after me have already gotten their food and left. Wouldn't recommend this one, just drive the extra five minutes for either of the other Taco Bells in Gulfport. Seems like another unfortunately understaffed Taco Bell.

Got to the restaurant and went inside and was told the lobby was closed but we could walk through the drive through since our car wouldn’t fit through the drive through. We walked through the drive through and was turned away and was told we couldn’t get food without a car. We’ve traveled all around the United States and have never ran into this problem and are disappointed they couldn’t help us out.
