Even the Doordarshan guy was upset because the food was cold before he left ? after waiting and waiting. That was on the nonchalant Cashier. But the chili was good ?Parking: Needs new paint on the lines and it's like a drive thru and parking for separate businessesPaint would help even solve the parking and flow

got my order completely wrong when I started off with I have a coupon for buy 1 baconator get 1 for a dollar n she asked if I want them double I looked at pic on coupon it had a double so I said yes n when I gave my coupon she said that not what I ordered like wth listen better please idk how else it couldn't got wrong very overpriced disappointment

Some Friendly staff but not all of them the food was ok I have some better Wendy's in the scanner at the pass road location in the Drive-Thru is always broken it's been broken for the last 6 months at least they tell you that you have to come inside in order to use your scanner part they want to leave get back in traffic which is not easy to do just to make a u-turn to come

Went through the drive-thru had to wait as they only took one car at a time order then serve them once I got to the window come to find out that the scanner is not working for the rewards program or to get things off the app they wanted you to come inside with me and you had to get back in traffic and do a u-turn which is not very easy on a very busy road I end up canceling the order and just leaving I was not about to spend just about $60 and not able to get my rewards points or did things I wanted from the app

The night time service sucks every time I go. Not as good as they used to be. Tonight is the third time I ordered a potato and they didn't have any. I waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru and my family's food was cold.

We almost didn't stop because of the bad reviews. We were in town at a local school for a tournament and this was the closest restaurant. The service was great the food was great and we really enjoyed it. The young lady in the drive-thru window was so nice and polite. I'm glad we stopped.

Horrible service they messed up my order originally through drive then then I went in to resolve it and it took two more attempts to even get it close to what I ordered before I gave up and
So this is my family's "Wendy's" but the last two time we have gone they have really messed up our food and this last time the girl at the window was extremely rude...smacking gum, on her phone, rude when she spoke to us and took our payment. I have a big family and I really don't mind if they mess up the adult's food but they got the whole order wrong. When I went back to get them to fix it the girl at the counter was nice and the manager on shift was ok but again the girl from the window came over and tried to Argue with me.

The breakfast food is obviously several days old, not to mention poorly reheated.You'd have better luck trying to chew rocks than trying to chew their food, nothing taste fresh at all!I don't have anything positive to say about this location, front windows girls won't even say good morning beforedemanding you tell them what you want as soon as you pull up. My only regret is not being able to give this place negative stars.

If I could give a half a star I would, employees are rude, lazy and lack common manners in dealing with human beings apparently. Definitely no management or leadership are working and if they are then that makes it worse. Good luck getting someone to even acknowledge

Would not go back or recommend. I asked for lemonade for my drinks & what I was served didn’t even look like lemonade, even the boy working there said it looked funny. I asked for a jr bacon cheese burger the cheese cold as if they took it right out the fridge, not even melted. The fruit punch I switched out for is watered down. It took over 15 mins for a biggie bag that was poorly made. Wasted my money & time!
